Another great Walmart that tolerates overnight RV parking in their lot, I arrived here after dinner in Jasper and departed pretty early in the morning. In between, I did check out this Walmart to find that the restrooms were clean, the store was okay stocked - a few spots where stuff was out of stock - and the parking lot had some trash here and there. Jasper Alabama is the worst walmart. Their cashier made a $200.00 error on a gift card purchased there and mgmt will not correct it. Was told they make this kind of error 50 times a day. Shame on you Walmart, not everyone has billions and can afford to lose $200 this time of year. read more

This is the worst Walmart I have ever walked into. Most everyone is unfriendly and act like they hate talking to you. We bought diapers and we get home and the Huggies box doesn't have Huggies diapers in there or the right size. The diapers also smell like smoke. Spent the night boondocking in their parking lot! I called ahead and they were gracious enough to allow us to park our RV over night. I went inside to grocery shop. We generally stay in campgrounds but we were tired and didn't feel like hooking up:) I've never been in such a friendly, helpful Walmart! They added grocery pickup! It's really a service to busy parents and people with overall busy lives! Substitutes are usually very good! Biggest issue with this is the deli side.. I got meat that was cut 12 hours before my pickup time.. and was set to expire the same day. 8.00 that I'm about to go get refunded. Inside the store is a whole new game.. I avoid it at all costs, due to the constant changes in merchandise location and it's overall crowdedness and lack of selection. We can do better Jasper! read more

Wal-Mart in jasper has to have the worst service of anyone, employees don't offer any assistance and when you hunt one down to help they act like they're doing you some great favor while you're imposing on their life. After 15 minutes of standing at the counter in sports, and at one time their were 5 of us standing there. I left, without getting an item. I hate going to that Wal-Mart the one in sumiton has helpful people, I shouldn't have to drive 15 extra miles just for helpful Wal-Mart employees. read more

Absolutely the worst pharmacy customer service in the area. Given a choice to bill for 500mg doses of Amoxicillin in either capsule or tablet, with a $35 difference between the two, they will choose the more expensive. Then tell you it will be another hour to process the "new" order..... Loathe this place and all that it stands for. read more

Worst store I have ever shopped in, in my life, they do everything possible to make it difficult to shop, especially in the grocery department, they are constantly moving items around. Supposedly they are going to start online shopping at the Jasper, AL store for grocery items, I predict another bad experience for all shoppers. I have a great idea why not build another location in Jasper like you did in Cullman then maybe you wouldn't have empty shelves where product is, supposed to be you could build one on the west end of town, that would relieve the traffic problem at the current location, plus maybe you could keep the store stocked, I don't know how online shopping is supposed to help since your shelves are empty half the time, no wonder you are losing customers to Aldi's and Dollar General, people shop where the product is available. read more

I called trying to find a tire From the tire center, I tried calling for two hour Strait, as I was on the road, not once Did someone answer the phone. This Jasper Alabama Wal-Mart is pitiful about having items stocked! I understand at times items may not be available but this is an ongoing problem. Every time I go shopping the thought goes through my mind I may have to drive to another location for this item. That's not good business when you are known by lots of customers as the "unstocked store". Greater chance they won't have item in stock! read more

I have used Tire center for the past year or so but the service is getting so bad I will not continue to do business there. I went in on a Wednesday for an oil change and tire rotation. I checked in at 1:20 and asked how long because I had a 3:00 appointment and was told not long only one oil change and one tire job in front of you. I went in and did a little shopping and at the 1 hour mark was told the oil was done and working on rotation. About 1hour 30 min into the wait I checked again and found out that they had not even started the oil change much less the rotation. I asked to see a Manager and was told they where at lunch. The counter person said they had just been so busy. I told her I had been watching and there is 5 or 6 guys just standing around doing nothing and then they will go disappear for 10-15 minutes then huddle back up and for the hour I watched only 2 of the whole crew ever hit a lick of work. I had them back my car out after an hour an 45 min. Do they not know almost anywhere else in town it takes maybe 30 min.? I left for my appointment and then went by a local car dealer and had my oil changed and they sold me $765 worth of Michelin tires because 2 of mine where really worn down. I am pretty sure Walmart would have never told me that or made the sale. I travel a lot and do not want to be driving on worn out tires. Oh, by the way it took less than 1 yes 1 hour and my oil was changed plus 4 new tires mounted and balanced ready to go with a free car wash. If the Waltons saw how these half assers in Jasper worked they would fire everyone in the whole department. I read more
