Recently I was in line behind a person at the service desk. The person had been explaining their situation and the service desk with girl brown hair with glasses, initial R was very hostile to this person so this service desk person went and got the front end manager initial J reddish hair,freckles,heavy set, who also was hostile toward this customer. Who knows what story R told J, still no reason for hostility toward the customer. There is no reason to be rude/hostile to customers ever. Being professional and customer friendly is the only way to be. There are other service desk people who work there who are customer friendly and professional all the time.. R & J's behavior was and is reprehensible and despicable. I decided to leave the line as I did not want the same horrible experience that customer had. read more

Went here for an oil change and they were super friendly here. I got the Pit Crew oil change for only $20, plus I upgraded to a better Fram Tough Guard oil filter for only a few extra bucks. They give you a ticket with a bar code where you can use any scanner while you shop in the store to get the status of your oil change (such as in the bay being worked on). They did the oil change in 30 minutes and then cashed me out. I will be back! read more

Sometimes you have to take a drive to find the things you need. We're big on Vernors in our household, but recently the (soda) pop options have been quite limited to mostly Pepsi and Moutain Dew in most stores, especially when it comes to cans or 20oz bottles. But one of the best things about going to Erie is picking up things they have that we haven't gotten yet. Put in an order for Vernors and had to go pick it up. Of course, I bypassed their curbside pickup, which is very convenient especially when you're trying to avoid going into stores. And Pennsylvania may not have the mask mandate that we do in NY or they just don't enforce it because there were wayyyyyy too many people inside not wearing masks. But I digress. Ended up picking up my pop and also a bunch of little things we don't have like these store brand personal pan frozen pizzas, some really cool wing sauces I haven't seen before. Some potato chips I've never seen before, I think one of them was Frank's Hot sauce chips. And a couple of mixes and spices. They're a lot cheaper in Erie than in WNY. So many deals you can't pass up. It was a decent Walmart as far as they go. It was organized and mostly clean. Not too cluttered and didn't have any issues finding anything. read more

The staff here is perfectly lovely however they were completely overcommitted on their curbside grocery pick up. My husband waited for an hour and a half one day and went back the next day to try and get our order and had to wait another hour. They should not be taking on orders that they cannot handle, it is extremely frustrating. The employees that he encountered for it incredibly apologetic as were the employees I spoke to on the phone. This location was a half an hour from our resort to get the food that we needed including milk for my 15-month-old daughter took over four hours including driving. Oh corporate Walmart it makes me so upset to see the commercials about how quick and easy the services after awful experience last week please discontinue the service if you cannot satisfy it as advertised. read more

I bought tires here and before I could get home the low tire pressure light was on. One tire went flat and I had to call a tow truck to tow me back to the store so they could fix the problem. Hours of my time and lots of stress. They did pay for the tow as they found out the tire was not installed properly. Overall, I like walmart, but lately they mess up on the pickup orders which I have used since before covid because of the 5% back on a credit card. What's happening now is they do not allow me to add to my online order even though I was able up to several hours before pickup time. Instead they create a new order and add a 5.99 charge if it's under $35. Once they tried to change $8 for a $2 jar of jam. I can always call and cancel these orders, but it is a hassle. read more

The employees at this location are very rude. They are not customer friendly at all. As one was telling me they disinfect the carts another one was pushing a cart back after someone just used it! read more

This is one of the nicest Walmart's in the Erie area. They recently got a new look & it's so much better then it used to be. It gets very busy here so be sure to be prepared to not find a parking spot. It is a nice place to go and I would recommend shopping at this Walmart. read more

Definitely one of the better Walmart's. When I lived in the city, I drove specifically to Harborcreek Walmart to avoid ghettomart. Parking lot, floors, restrooms are always clean. You do need to check your receipt before leaving. My mother had two instances lately where they had scanned one item multiple times. But this is something you should be doing anyway.. almost no cashiers to total my order and pay. I mean, Walmart has put small businesses out of business over the years. Then they import stuff from China and Mexico putting more people out of work. now, they expect me to shop, scan, and bag my purchases for them In the self checkout line. Left my cart after 10 minutes in line and left. Found what I needed at a local drug store and grocery store. read more

Customer service is the worst! I am missing one of my items, and the receipt shows some weird number. Is that my missing item, or did he ring up the wrong thing? Now I am home on the other side of town, and all the lady can do is tell me " I'm sorry, I can't help you. I can't tell you what that number is on your receipt, and I have to hang up now." I listened to 38 rings for this?? Check your bags before you go, cuz there isn't any help past the door, you're screwwed, and thanks for shopping at Walmart. Have a nice day. read more

I saw on line some book bags with 2 pockets for 6.88 went into the store to find them , they were nowhere, I went to the courtesy desk and the woman there said they had no adds thats 2 times that happened, then I told her about the add on the computer and she was very rude to me she said I don't have time for you. I had to buy some with only one pocket on them, not the ones my Grandchildren picked out. but I couldn't believe she was so rude, I thought they are suppose to help you find what you need. read more

It's a Walmart. It's pretty much like any other you've ever seen. Although it is cleaner and less messy than some I've been to.
