Useless. If you have to return something you have to wait way to damn long for it to process. There is not point. Better to go elsewhere.

They just didn't understand my accent. Bloody workers need to try harder with listening. I'd say.

I went to the store and was told there was no order there by that number. I was directed to call the corporate number. I did so, and the person I spoke with re-ordered my items. I received another email saying they were ready to be picked up. I went back to the store and was told again that there was no order there by that number. A salesperson went to look for one of the items on the sales floor and told me I could have it for the original sale price as though I was being offered a great deal. The store item wasn't the one I originally ordered. Another salesperson rather rudely said the store had to return my items because the store couldn't accept them as a shipment. No one at the store had contacted me about this before sending them back. A salesperson said I'd have to re-order them online and then return to the store for a price adjustment for the original prices of the items. One item is no longer available. I was on my own as the salespersons made no further suggestions or offers. I won't be returning to Kohl's any time in the future.

My wife likes to shop the clearence racks. There are overpriced name brands at 50-80% off in many clearence racks. The same is true for the men's department, except there are only a few such racks. I was looking for some flannel shirts on clearence. The racks have size markings seperating the various sizes. The problem is the merchandise is not sorted accordingly. There is every size from small to 3X in the same size catagory. And everything from t-shirts to pants to sweatshirts on the same rack. I spent 20 minutes looking for a flannel shirt in my size before giving up in frustration. Even Goodwill sorts the sizes and items accordingly. If I do return, it will be for a specific item not necessarily on clearence.

The food I bought had a rotten taste. I called to tell them very soon after buying it, and they…read moreremembered me. I told them that I either wasn't given a receipt, or misplaced it. I was assured they would take it back. I said that I would return it when I got on that side of town, and two days later, I brought it back. The woman manager told me I needed a receipt. I told her that I was told I would get a refund without one. She gave me attitude. Then she went to get her boss "from the laundromat " next door. He came and rubber stamped what she said. She kept interjecting, and I told her she should be quiet and let me talk to him. She still interrupted and he said "She is a manager too. She can." She was condescending and snarky, but thought that calling me ma'am made it okay. I told him that I made a trip out there based on the promise that a receipt didn't matter and I would get a refund. They told me the man who told me that didn't have a right to because he wasn't a manager. Well when I called that is who they had me talk to. Shouldn't they have put me through to a manager? I had told that lady "You can see it is one of your products . The plastic box it is in has the store name on. And you can see that most of the dip is still there." She said there is too much of it gone. I had told her that what was gone was what I dished onto the chips (which I also bought there) in my fridge. She ignored that I explained that, and repeated the same thing to her manager. So I had to re-explain that it was on the chips, and in order to get it back I would have to scrape it off the chips. And trust me, most of the dip was still in the plastic box thingie. I had already told the male manager that I was a regular customer who was always satisfied with the guacamole dip until now. It tasted rotten This time. I already explained this. It then he said "Why did you buy it if you don't like it?" Like I knew ahead of time it was going bad. And the female manager still was interjecting, and when I interjected he kept saying "She can if she wants." She still kept tacking on ma'am to make it appear she was polite. People were watching. But the managers didn't seem to care, as they kept the argument going. Even if I was a difficult customer-and I was in the right-the onus is on the store employees to calm the issue down and be the ones to give in. I told them that I know how customer service is supposed to be. I worked in it my entire life, and I am almost 60 years old. He said something contrary. No matter what I said, they had to have the last word, even as I walked away. I said something, he said something back, and I think I let him have the last word. I had an eerily similar experience there years ago. Otherwise most of the employees are nice. There is one woman employee there when this took place. I always liked her. There was a male employee who witnessed it, and I hope he doesn't go along with their peer pressure to please them, if they tell the owner their version. And when I bought the dip, I also bought two bags of tostadas which I now have no use for, and two plastic trays of deviled eggs. I spent a fair amount of money. The eggs were good. I sure hope they have a network of friends who will put good reviews here, to offset mine. Usually people don't waste their time putting reviews if they are satisfied, so the little praises are suspect to me.

I suggest investing in a new, higher capacity fryer so you can meet customer demand. Their chicken and fish are excellent, if you can get them?
