Left the store 20 minutes ago, left my favorite sweatshirt draped on the Reebok clothing rack in the Men's department on accident because I was trying something on in the isle. Called customer service and asked if they could grab it for us and hold it until Sunday when we are driving back through town as we are on a road trip and was told that they "cant guarantee that it would still be there and someone would have to first find it and turn in it to customer service". The young lady was SO LAZY she refused to walk 20 steps to get it for us. Then in the middle of me speaking--hung up on me. Customer service needs to learn some customer service!! read more

It was horrible. I was paying cash at self checkout. The clerk was angry that my machine broke down and every question I asked was responded with a very snippy and short reply. She instructed me to go to customer service. I got talked to even worse there. Shareeka claimed to be the store manager and was angry even before not offering any assistance or help. And herlittlehench man or woman was also rude and seemed like giving me back my money was too much work( because the cash machine stopped working) . Because of their willingness to be helpful I had to stand in line again and have every item re rung up. There was no store manager available nor even security to help. Shareeka did not want to do anything but argue with me. I showed up in a good mood wanting to buy somethings. But when I left I couldn't believe somebody on a payroll could act and talk like that to a customer. I hope they can show my experience with a video. She yelled at m and called me names. I thought about just leaving empty handed. I'm praying to God I never have to a shop their again. I go there about twice a week for 7 years. And this is the only time I've had such a degrading experience. read more

Got Walmart + and tried to have them deliver groceries. Save yur money.. placed order on Friday evening and scheduled delivery for 8 to 9 am on Saturday. At 12:15pm I got a message delayed. At 2.45p no delivery. Called Walmart on Beltline in Florence and no one answered.. ever. I tried calling corporate and was explaining my situation... they hung up on me. I ended up canceling that order. On Sunday I repeated the order with a 5 to 6pm window for delivery.. at 5.20 i got another delayed text. Horrible service... if you need anything, you're going to have to drive there.. or where ever to get what you need as there not gonna get your groceries in the time frame they say its going to be delivered. read more

For the manager at this store who said to me wonder why all the checkouts were empty! I can tell you why! You cannot checkout without one of your employees yelling at the customer...."Ma'am that's for cards only"! I ABSOLUTELY HATE to shop at Walmart anymore! The only reason I entered this store was to buy the chicken salad AND that's all I bought. Still I couldn't get out of this store without being pestered by your buzzards at the self-checkout! It's a Walmart people so it is what is but the negative for us that shop groceries, the shelves are empty more often than not. This Walmart is more convenient to our home but the lack of re-stocking has caused us to say we won't go back. read more

This store here on Beltline is the absolute worst. Do not use pick up I know right ... my pickup time was 9/10 I was there checked in at 5 til 10 and they did not bring my groceries I called the store 3 times and rings over to air. So I was sitting in the dark in my pajamas . I went and knocked on the back door the guy said something so I went back to spot 9 and sat til 11 still no groceries I was on the phone with the app customer service they finally called me because if you call them the IVR does not understand . So the man from Wal mart customer care could not even get the store on the phone. Finally got my groceries 30 mins after the store closed. This store on beltline is the absolute worst. You should be safe ordering groceries from wal mart right now not unless the are delivered. I have another wal mart in town they are working they answered the phone called beltline store today and they still do not answer the phone. read more

They just redid the store and it's hard to find anything. They also are trying to be all fancy like they are JCPenney or something. You can doll the place up cosmetically all you want but when you have sub par employees with crap attitudes, it does no good. The manager Priscilla with ugly purple hair is very rude, unfriendly, and ignorant. They hardly ever have the garden center entrance open. They have all these new self check out registers yet half of them are closed. The other half either only accepts cards or only takes cash so you still wait! Then they want to harass you at the door for our receipt. read more

This store is really bad about restocking the shelves. There are huge gaps of stuff just gone and it stays that way for days. Vast gaps in merchandise. Stuff like frozen pizza or bread or vinegar or peppercorns or boys toddler size clothes. Even potatoes or garlic. Across the board. What gives? It's close to my home but most of the time they are out of the stuff I go there for. Are they trying to get us to use the online ordering?Just think I have spent my last trip to Walmart on Beltline. Used to shop here because I could get everything in one trip. Not the case anymore. No Ritz bits crackers, no bite size tortilla chips. No prices on the multi packs of paper towels. And over charged at check out by $12.00. I caught it. But what if I hadn't. All done. They had me for a while but not anymore. Don't shop here any more. read more

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE Waited in line for a propane refill and proceeded to be lied to and others given priority after paying, with groceries and a baby in the car, waiting for 30 minutes. After cashier finished conversing with other customer while openly being on phone, was informed that I again had to wait. At this point, it has been nearly an hour and it took a family member calling the store for anyone to do anything. Once we got ahold of the manager, I was informed of how to get a refill tank, which was to walk to the Walmart gas station and get it there. Everyone knows I love my Walmarts and this one in Florence S.C was no exception. This was a super Walmart but all of them are not created equal. I enjoyed myself in this one. It was immaculate and staff were polite and nice, but what do you expect in the South. Any who the store had everything I needed and I wasn't disappointed. read more

Stopped in for a couple of things that I'd forgotten to pack. Found everything exactly where it's supposed to be at this Wal-Mart and because I somehow managed to lose my friend, I had to search the whole store for him. The grand tour saw shelves properly stocked and the aisles clear. It's a perfectly good Walmart that didn't have enough registers open. read more

I have called 2 Walmart's store in Florence SC on Irby St. and Beltline today, electronic won't pickup, if they do then they will hang up. Why is it so hard to reach someone. I am in Walmart nearly every day and I see the employees are working hard restocking ,employees are working hard assisting customers with self checkout and others shopping for other customers. I know their is someone in customer services and electronic who can answer the phones without costumers having to call back several times. I know you are working hard due to Covid 19 , but this has been going on before this virus existed. I see employees that have free time also. The better of two evils. This Walmart is much quicker and friendlier than the one on Irby, but not as clean. I've seen meat that has turned green sitting there and when I informed a worker about it, he shrugged and walked off, barely even acknowledging that I'd spoken. However, if you avoid the meats and bathrooms, its actually very nice. Great selection, good prices. Even though this Walmart is out of our way, I often make the trip here instead of the one on Irby. There's room for improvement but all in all, a nice place to shop. read more
