I'm about half-way across Arkansas when I stopped at this Supercenter for the night. It's the Flippin Walmart and they tolerate overnight parking in their lot, according to rvparky.com and the lack of signs prohibiting it. Pretty flippin' cool. Inside the store, a quick shop for some snacks and a visit to the restroom. The store is tidy, decently stocked and clean. I did not spot trash on the floor, the restroom was clean. I started out my order with two rotisserie chickens. Those chickens were the basis of my recipes for the week. I had to wait until a later window than I had hoped but no biggie. When the order arrived - no rotisserie chickens!!!! Disappointed but this is only my second delivery order. read more

Me and my sister were the last customers at closing. I left my wallet in the buggy for 30 minutes. Went back to get it, was told the manager Chris found it. When they brought it to me, $550 was missing. This was leftover from my paycheck and Christmas bonus. I'm a single mom, and it's sad a MANAGER would do this. Hugely disappointed! Went to pick up my DVDs, only to discover when I got home that I'd received a cracked DVD, in an opened container. It was packaged there in the store. Someone surely messed up on that! A second complaint: the website says there are rubber drain stoppers in the store. Where??? Why are they not on the wall next to the metal ones? I'd like two. I've checked with the store several times since January 1. Despite the website, I'm unable to locate the product. I'd like a phone call (870-707-0068) from the store manager, a replacement DVD, and 2 rubber drain stoppers. read more

Every time i come here there are always workers taking smoke breaks and yelling on there phones. The carts areal over the parking lot. I visited three days in a row and the same carts were in the same place on the side of the building. I just collected five carts side of the building and there were about eight on break:/ one day we left during high winds and stray carts were rolling into parked vehicles. read more

The store was good. Workers were nice. Nothing extraordinary. The shelves were neat and put together, the racks could be re organized.

Amazes me that the only printers this store has require internet. I dont have internet so why would i waste my money? Spoke to a clueless manager who had no answers. Since when can you not use a hardwire? I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!! read more

I have some major issues with two local Walmart's from this weekend. I have never in my life been so disgusted and angry! Let me start with Saturday. My son and I went to the Mountain Home, Arkansas location. We walked in the door from the parking lot, into the optical center. The flooring was extremely wet. My child fell, falling into the wall, his glasses sliding across the room on the floor. It was a very hard fall. There were two young ladies at the counter. Neither of them moved, Neither of them asked if he was ok, or offered to help him up. One of them never even got out of her chair! The optometrist and a patient opened the door from an exam room to ask what the noise was. My child was hurt! He has a sprained wrist. I know it's not broken bones, or a major heart attack but the lack of care from that staff was disgusting! Now let me move on to Sunday. I was trying to leave town to get my son to a hospital in Little Rock. We were ran off the road by a driver not paying attention. This caused two tires to be fully punctured and unrepairable. I managed to get some one to drive me to the Flippin, Arkansas Walmart. The staff in the tire center was very helpful. They knew I had an emergency situation and was basically stranded. They were starting to put two new tires on the rims. I told the young girl at the counter that my parents wanted to pay with their credit card but would need to call to give the number. She said they were not allowed to do so. I asked for her to ask the store manager. This was an emergency situation and the only way I could pay for these two tires. So then comes Keith. He came to the tire center and told me that he was the store manager. I tried to explain our situation to him. I have been stranded with a child I needed to get to the hospital. My parents needed to call to pay for the tires. Keith proceeded to tell me that he wasn't willing to do that because we could be giving him stolen credit card numbers, and he didn't have a way to punch them in. I asked him what is the difference if I had a credit card in hand that was demagnetized? He would still have to punch the numbers in. I asked him what options we had, we have an emergency and we have to get this done. Keith told me he didn't care, he wasn't helping me. His attitude towards us was extremely rude and disrespectful. He again stated he doesn't want a stolen credit card and he walked off telling me to have a good day. I was so disgusted with this jerk! He doesn't know me, and to accuse me of having a stolen credit card, he has no proof of anything like that!! My mother is six hours away and just had spine surgery. She is trying to pay for the damn tires and get us off the road! What does it matter who pays for the tires any way as long as they are paid for! I demanded he tell me his name and he told me the only thing I need to know was that he was the store manager. I asked who his boss was and he told me I didn't need to know that, because he was the manager. However he told me I could speak to Darren but Darren wasn't there on Sunday and wasn't going to help me either. When he walked away the staff told me his name. They also apologized for his rude comments and behavior. One young man even commented that Keith is always rude and unhelpful to customers. This man is absolutely a cruel person. He didn't care any thing about us. This man doesn't deserve to be in a management position. Keith should be fired for his actions and his words! I want some one to contact me about this. I can't seem to get any where on the phone besides automated phone systems asking me if I want to place a product order. I don't want to order any thing! I want Keith held accountable for his actions and treatment towards us! I want the ladies in the Mountain Home store to learn respect when some one falls and is injured in your store! I have never been so upset and angry over a store in my life! Do I need to send this complaint to every news outlet in the state of Arkansas? I am so furious! read more

I bought a Sam's Choice spiral cut 9.58lb ham from Flippin Arkansas Walmart. Took it home and warmed it up thinking what a great Sunday dinner we are going to have. This ham was the worst and I mean worst ham I have ever seen. Nothing but fat and what ham there was you could not eat. Tough stringy and nasty tasting. What a disappointing Sunday dinner. Lesson taught never again. Sam's Choice what a joke. read more

Love that this store is close. Is a smaller super center, so they don't have all the stuff that mtn home does, but they do have all the important stuff. They also aren't nearly as busy! Staff is nice. read more
