Stopped here and was pleasantly surprised at the deals I got. I picked up a hat, skirt and leggings all for 19.00! The leggings were only 1.00! I was very happy! My husband and I came to this Walmart location primarily to pick up some foldable chairs for our dining room. We ordered them online and waited for the email that said the chairs were ready to be picked up. When we got there, we waited in the pickup section for over 15 minutes for an employee. I had to call the store from my phone to bring an employee to where we were. I was also surprised too because usually, Walmart has Stewart's Orange Cream Soda, but some nice employees said they do not carry any glass bottles. This is my Walmart of choice in the greater York-Harrisburg area. It seems to be a newer Walmart. The store is clean and pretty organized. For some reason, I always seem to shop here when the express lanes are closed, but I still tend to get in and out pretty quickly. The reps on the floor that I have asked for help are usually extremely helpful and go out of their way to either explain where I can find an item or will look for the item with me. read more

Extremely dissatisfied by their shop to store, pick up and return. Ordered some "hot toys" and the closest Walmart was this one. Completely out of my way but I got it for the kids. Well turns out that they didn't want said items bc they wanted the 12 pack instead (no big deal bc kids change their minds) Came in to pick up my order but the person in charge of the area was helping another customer with 2 other Walmart associates. Stood in line for over 10 minutes to be asked what I wanted. Lady could not locate my items and suggested I come back later. If I didn't live so far away that would not be an issue, also these items are only available ship to store only. Ok so it gets better. I go stand in line to return said items. This associate refused to do my return bc I did not have a receipt even though I just picked them up. I found my order in my email but the worker was too lazy to type in the numbers and said she would only take the return with a scan-able barcode. Marg the associate was too incompetent to do my return so she called for assistance. In the meantime I created a return barcode through my email. Showed it to Marg but she again refused to scan it. So again I wait for assistance and what do they tell Marg? "Why didn't you scan her barcode?" All said and done, I believe they hire the most incompetent people who have zero intellect and are so lazy to type in numbers. I will never shop from their website or in store. Pathetic waste of a drive and also 45 minutes to receive a refund! read more

Worst experience! Saturday 6 Feb 2021, the night before Super Bowl Sunday and you only had 1 young man trying to get everyone's food into their cars. He was busting his butt trying his best and the customers were taking it out on him. I waited 2.5 hours and still no groceries in my car! I called inside the store to ask if they knew how much longer and a very rude woman in the grocery pick up area, kept talking over me about they had 1100 picks. Sh3 also said she had 5 employees bringing food out to customers which was a down right lie!! I will not ever order from this Walmart again! That young man should be given a raise for not only busting his butt but for all the customer complaints he was dealing with. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS WALMART!! read more

It is now 2:20 and he said he is next and the only person there before him (who didn't leave already) just got her ONE cart brought out by TWO employees. This is beyond ridiculous. It takes only one person to bring one cart, and I have seen one person bring out two carts more than a few times. The managers should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this. There have been problems for over a week and they are doing NOTHING to rectify it. I read on Next Door Etters that they take orders for 23 cars an hour and the manager refuses to lower that number. If that is the case, the manager should be FIRED!! I called corporate to suggest exactly that and suggest anyone else being made to wait 1, 2, 3 and now 4 and 1/2 hours do the same. In case you are wondering why my husband has waited this long, at the 2 hour mark he was going to go inside but someone came out and said many of the shelves are bare so he feels he has no choice but continue to wait for the items that were already picked for our order. The last 2 visits he waited 2 1/2 hours one time and 2 the other, and that was after an hour delay past the scheduled pick up time. Our family shops weekly at this Walmart, We find this Walmart to be clean, and generally a good shopping experience as well as convenient in its location; however, on the rare occasion that a situation warrants a telephone call, no one answers the phone. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. We bought a bicycle a week ago and the chain broke the first day my son rode it so we are trying to communicate this issue so we can arrange a solution to fix it. We just moved to Harrisburg, and we use this Walmart. It's easy to find things and get in and out.

this store is very close to my job, so it is very convenient to run over during lunch, but....... there are always long lines, 1 or 2 register's open, the store is always crowded, so more register's would be warranted. I will not use the self check out, because they take jobs away from people. read more

Great prices as you expect from Walmart. I do my grocery shopping here each week. Have all the items you will want, but not as much selection of each as a Giant or Safeway. The meat selection leaves a lot to be desired, as does the produce section. If an non-essential item runs out, it may be weeks before they restock it. Some of the prices are either wrong or not displayed at all. (The Old Tyme english muffins have been incorrectly marked on the shelf for 2 months.) The checkout staff is good, the stock people act like you are in THEIR way. It is clean and well maintained which cannot be said for all Walmarts in this area. One shops at Walmart for the prices and convenience, and it delivers on both. read more

I ordered two items online to be picked up at this store. I received the text message that the items were now ready for pickup. When I got to the store I went to the pickup area and the kid at the register said there was only 1 of the items in the back for some reason. I asked him if it is possible that perhaps there are more of the same item on the sales floor, he said he did not know, and he just went to the back to check again. When he came out, he said there is definitely only one back there, so I told him to cancel the entire order and I will just find them elsewhere. He canceled the order, and I walked through the store and found the exact thing I ordered online for $20 cheaper, so I purchased 2 of them and went on my way. A couple days later I receive an email indicating that only ONE of the TWO items i purchased online was refunded. So now I have to make another trip to get this straightened out. It seems that every week I shop at this supercenter, either something I want is out of stock or it has been moved to another location. Plus before each major holiday, The aisles are stocked with products making it difficult to navigate especially if there are a lot of customers. read more
