Was in the men's restroom turning my shirt right side out, and an employee walked in and stood watching even when I asked for privacy. When I reported Alex to the manager, she seemed unconcerned. Also...all of the employees walk around like it's a funeral. Don't seem happy. read more

Decent Walmart. Never really that packed compared to all the other Walmarts in the area. Regardless of how empty it is, there is still usually a wait at the registers. They only have 1 cashier open at any time and both self pay sections. Area is a little sketchy at night. They just built s new gas pump area that should open Nov 2023. read more

This store never answers their phone. The produce only last 1-2 days the. It goes bad. HEB is the only place I'm grocery shopping from now on. I can't ever find an associate on the floor. The managers I've encountered are very unprofessional and unpleasant. read more

This Walmart location in particular isn't a bad place to shop, but as a woman the times I have been there I feel so uncomfortable. There are many sketchy characters in this particular location, from people following you around the store to people asking you for money in the parking lot but getting mad when you don't give them any. Also, there's never lines open on the self checkout is open. It makes the shopping trip much longer. read more

Find everything you need and the best way to it is the self check out because they hardly have any registers open Second time trying thr food and not really feeling it or happy with it read more

Why do I keep returning to Walmart. Only one checkout lane open and the checker is note friendly at all! Customer service needs to be stressed! read more

Every Friday I cash my check and every Friday it's full in the Money Service Dept. long lines with only one associate to help. I've asked numerous times to numerous managers and they always say the same thing. Only certain associates have access and training for this area. As big of a corporation as Walmart is your telling me you can't train more associates to learn this system? Smh! Come on Walmart your failing in customer service. read more

I came with my mom to this walmart Money services to send some money. My mom as usual, fills up the money transfer form and this lady "Elvira" was super rude to my mom asking her why she filled up the form and if she can't see that they barely have any forms there. And my mom apologizes to the lady explaining to her that she didn't know and that they usually always tell her that she needs to fill up the form. But the lady kept being rude to her. Worse customer service and plus the lady never smiles. read more

I just had the worst experience by a "customer service " guy by my he name of Guel... I showed him a picture from Walmart.com and asked the cashier if she would match the price since it's Walmart! The guy rushed to the register when someone else was already helping me, just to upset me by telling me that he wouldn't match the price and that it. I'll call the 1800 wall mart. Never coming back to this ghetto store! read more

I'd rather shop in HELL, but it so happens, this particular Walmart is closer. The majority of the employees are rude and can't even point you in the right direction of the nearest bathroom, let alone an article of clothing that is used to fit around your genital region or used as a hat. There's usually thirty something employees working, but one or two registers are only open. I think making a bet that one would have a pleasant shopping experience finding groceries and or items needed with a compulsive gambler that is deaf, blind and pathologically insane, maintaining the IQ of a two-year-old, that was dropped on its head, multiple times...on purpose and was only fed nicotine with a combination of dumpster deli meat from a closed down Arby's, would have better odds at convincing the entire population, that the world is flat. Also, I think day or triple day old deli meat would be healthier than anything from the Walmart deli...meat? Do not shop at Wal-Mart, go to HEB...or a local dumpster! read more

Horrible service no matter what time you go not enough cashiers. The line for self check out is even worst. As a former cashier at Best Buy we were always told to greet customers here they barely look at the customer. Something needs to change moral at the store is low. read more

Probably the nastiest Walmart you'll ever be forced to shop at due to its close proximity to UTRGV. The aisles are always filled with unattended shopping carts (the ones they use to put things back on shelves) and the aisle #'s above don't even list what's in the aisle correctly. They'll have about TWO cashiers open during the day and zero at night. Expect long lines & blah customer service. They also shut down the electronics section at night and block it off with a gate, so don't even think about browsing for a movie or a video game in the night time, you'll have to go to a different location. Also if you're a germaphobe, they never have hand sanitizing wipes at the entrance to wipe the handle of your shopping cart. Oh and one more thing, the pharmacy doesn't even know how the mobile app works to transfer/refill prescriptions. ‍ read more

Horrible service and organization of products. Products were all thrown on the floor making it easy for them to get damaged or the danger of somebody tripping over the items. Not only that but when we tried to contact one of the employees to ask a simple question we were ignored and were forced to wait nearly 20 minutes just for a response. Lastly the self checkout is such a mess which doesn't allow customers to pay with actual cash forcing many of us to wait just to check out our items. read more

Wow! This walmart is horrible! The fruit and veggies suck! They sell expired things and the cashiers along with the management are completely useless. The cashiers are rude and lack people skills. Dont they teach them how to bag groceries? I try and stay away from walmart and try and shop at HEB most of the time but when I need to go to walmart I dread it every time. It never fails that I get a horrible customer service experience! Let's not forget the money center either! Be prepared to stand in line at least 20 minutes. The CMS are aware of it and still they decide not to help out the cashier at the money center, and just stand around and chit chat! Walmart shame on you! They have so much money yet they fail to execute great customer service! read more

I went to the pharmacy today 02/22/2016 11:30am and it was as if I walked into a movie set of the "Night of the Living Dead". What I mean is pharmacy techs do not make eye contact and literally mimic the zombie moves and speed in the movie. They did not smile and interacted with customers only to minimal extent necessary. The Pharmacist was in the back part of the Pharmacy doing his job. YOUR PHARMACY GATE KEEPERS seemed miserable and certainly by their body language did not enjoy their jobs. Most people that frequent pharmacy are usually ill or very ill and do not need to deal with people who don't want to be there. read more
