Like that this Dollar Tree was stocked with a variety of items that are not normally available in other locations. An example was gemstone stickers for craft supplies they do have them here. The lines are a little long but that's a good thing because it makes this a great place for the turn over of inventory, especially as they restock new supplies for customers.

Never have I seen such inept handling of customer information, denial, or dishonesty. Christian values? I don't think so.

With no effort in keeping the store clean and organized it's now in the worst condition I have ever seen it in. The manager has no consideration for the employees just within the last month more than 3 employees have quit due to the manager's unrealistic expectations (demanding employees to work over what they were scheduled to and not giving them notice beforehand.) If they refuse to (work when they are not scheduled) without overtime pay- the manager goes and throws a tantrum; gossips about the coworkers and ends up cutting the employer's hours. This is not the proper way to treat people or your fellow employees. This behavior is selfish and childish. It doesn't set a good example for a company that claims to be so strong with Christian beliefs and the ones who own the store are also at fault for just letting the manager get away with it. The company is going to end up suffering due to one manager. Step down and have someone else manage the store; someone who knows what they're doing and cares about the business.
