You will fall in love with this place and their special potpourri of custom, quality and hand-crafted products, unusual and hard to get items as well as novel oddities from around the globe. This is a top-notch galleria (almost a museum) and it would be a shame to live and never see it. Andrew and the team at Kerf & Burled are awesome. I needed a table for an office conference room,…read moreand with a few discussions we came up with an ideal concept. The team executed perfectly on the idea and delivered the table below with the black epoxy section. I loved it. After about 3-4 months in the dry office environment with a large window providing direct sunlight, the table cupped (warped) and the surface was too uneven. I reached out to Andrew and sent a picture or two, and his FIRST response was, "We will get it fixed up for you, no problem." They picked up the slab in a few days and made a completely new table at no cost. As you can see, it is also beautiful. We couldn't save the first table slab, but it was too beautiful to waste, so we were able to repurpose a section of it into an entryway table that I needed anyway. With the kind of customer service I received, I will definitely be a return customer again.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The current management of the Reidsville store is AWFUL and…read moreis going to end up having the store closed for good. With no effort in keeping the store clean and organized it's now in the worst condition I have ever seen it in. The manager has no consideration for the employees just within the last month more than 3 employees have quit due to the manager's unrealistic expectations (demanding employees to work over what they were scheduled to and not giving them notice beforehand.) If they refuse to (work when they are not scheduled) without overtime pay- the manager goes and throws a tantrum; gossips about the coworkers and ends up cutting the employer's hours. This is not the proper way to treat people or your fellow employees. This behavior is selfish and childish. It doesn't set a good example for a company that claims to be so strong with Christian beliefs and the ones who own the store are also at fault for just letting the manager get away with it. The company is going to end up suffering due to one manager. Step down and have someone else manage the store; someone who knows what they're doing and cares about the business.
