While on a mission to find something, I was more successful in finding it myself, than one of the workers who told me "we don't sell that here". Navigating this huge store is challenging, especially since it was my first time here and I was short on time. I didn't get to see everything I wanted. The Golobki was good. If I said it was better than my mother's, there would be hell to pay! Serving containers of spicy mustard for the kielbasa, sour cream for the pierogi, and a beautiful horseradish sauce was for whatever your pleasure. This had a kick and it was amazing. Pot roast and roast turkey appear regularly, as do various style wings and tenders, a fish entree (or two), and an Italian entree. It got to the point earlier this year, that I was visiting several times a week. So, no lie, I actually gave up the Geissler's steam table FOR LENT, FOR CRIPES SAKE!!!
