Just arrived from San Antonio and went to local Walmart in eagle pass and as I went up and down the aisles I couldn't find a Dona Maria mole sauce mix so I asked an associate by the name of Kayla and wow she knew exactly the product that I was searching for was located not only did she tell me the aisle it was in but she took me right to it that is the difference between a good associate and a phenomenal one Kayla not only new or products are but took me as a customer right where the product was thank you Walmart for hiring such a phenomenal individual and make them part of Walmart it's people like Kayla that make the true difference when shopping thank you Kayla thumbs up for your help read more

Why the hell do I insist on coming here? Because it's the only place in town ope 24/7. Goddammit to hell. Too many people and not enough tellers-always The only reason for a star is for the in-store McDonalds where I can get my coffee fix to remedy the anxiety I get every time I go to there. If I could give this store no stars I would. I would like to acknowledge that this store has poor service. What's up with changing the store policies? I understand there are rules but a customer service associate was rude and offer no help. Talked like she owned the store. Had to argue with her because I had 90 days to return when she argued it was 30. Called customer service online and made sure to state what was going on. Let me say that this Walmart has the worst service. I had no other option this is my closest Walmart. Other than that the other employees were reasonable and nice it's just the middle-aged short big lady that offered no help. read more

If I could give this Walmart half a star I most definitely would! The customer service is the worst I have ever seen in my life!! They make you feel like it is such an inconvenience to them that you are there asking a question or when needing any type of assistance. When you walk out the door make sure you have your receipt or they will tackle you on the way out to your car. I once was followed out of the store and harassed because I had not seen anyone at the door. all I had in my hands was a box of liter that was too big for me to carry in the first place. I love Walmart because of the low prices and because I can get my shopping done at one spot for groceries/ household items, etc. This location is different than most though, there are REALLY long lines, the store is crowded the majority of the time, customer service is usually terrible and I can't leave out the fact that a lot of the women at this store dress as if they are going to look for their next husband LOL If you want to avoid the crowd/long lines, the best time to do your shopping is from 7-9:30 am, in my opinion. read more

If you send money to someone with Mexican ID, make sure to include the middle and second last name. Even if you provide the reference number, and the sender's name and phone number, you won't get your money. The clerks in customer service only have bad attitude and zero people skills or knowledge. The go on an power trip and enjoy making life difficult for the costumers. If they don't like the job, they should just quit! The pharmacy at this location takes forever - there's always a line to drop off your prescription and usually a longer line to pick up your prescription - avoid this pharmacy if possible - and make sure you have the correct meds before taking because the staff is extremely over worked - read more

Unfortunately, it is always crowded. And frequently messy. Seen lots of Walmarts in the world. This has the unique problem of dual language and citizens in the store. People are polite, but it takes a while to check out, ALWAYS! read more
