TIRE CENTER REVIEW: these guys are great. Definitely recommend. You can always buy tires online and have them delivered to the store prior to your appointment. read more

The one positive thing to mention about this mess of a store is Anthony, who manages shipping and receiving, as he attempted to get my order from Walmart.com straightened out. He was polite, patient and genuine. Everything else about this place is clown shoes. I ordered tires 3 times, received confirmation, had the order mysteriously cancelled, got to speak to their fraud department 4 times ( which, fun fact, is operated out of the prisons in Arizona) and generally got treated like human garbage by the auto/ service center of the store. The employees appear to be there only to wander around glaring with hostility at any customer that might approach them. read more

Walmart as a whole is a crappy business and unfortunately is the monopoly in this town forcing everyone to shop there. It would be nice if local leadership could make the store great but I wonder if corporate is the cause the crapshoot it is. A few ideas for improvement: 1. Don't close the north doors at night. Do you have any idea how unsafe your customers feel having to go in the south doors only at night?? 2. Why are you stocking during business hours? You're no longer open 24 hours so why can't stocking happen overnight. It's beyond frustrating having to dodge crates and have pallets blocking products. 3. Garden center closing in the winter makes no sense. So does closing it early. It would be a much better experience if that entrance could be used during business hours. 4. Lastly, the registers and belts are often dirty and gross. Having your associates pay attention to that would be give a much better impression of the store. read more

Bruh. I bought bubble bath and two packaged salads. Both salads were rancid AND the bubblebath barely makes bubbles.

Had to call to check if 3 different items were in stock. The first two people who answered the phone were very short with me and not in the least bit friendly. By the time I had connected to the electronics department and spoke with Edwin I wasn't expecting the greatest of service. To my Surprise Edwin was very friendly and helpful! Unfortunately, walmart was out of stock on the items I was seeking. Still - Due to Edwin's friendly attitude and great customer service I still had an overall great experience. Give this guy a raise! read more

This is a great Wal-Mart. It has a great variety. Their plants are super healthy and thrive well in this area. The supply is generally good for such a small community. A Sam's club in the Sierra Vista-area would be a tremendous addition. read more

Worst walmart store experience ever. On top of the employee NOT speaking any english. My foodstamp card was declined so she ran it manually and asked 41? I said yes all of it. Then I got my reicepy and walked out in the car I noticed she subtracted .41 NOT 41.00. read more

I have been to various WalMarts in New Orleans and surrounding areas shortly after Hurricane Katrina happened in 2015, and some of them were in very volatile areas - the management and teams performed much better in a dire crisis than this Walmart manages on a normal basis. We live in Douglas and avoid coming here, and we will actually drive the 40+ minutes to Sierra Vista instead, or we try to go to Safeway in Bisbee. But sometimes it's not feasible to make an 80 mile round trip out of the way, and no one should have to live like that in the first place when the Walmart in Douglas just needs to get functional. They have a safety issue with people driving through the pedestrian crossing and not slowing or even stopping for people in the crosswalk. THEY NEED TO PAINT THEIR CROSSWALK AND ENFORCE PEDESTRIAN CROSSING BEFORE SOMEONE IS HIT. I have seen vehicles with Arizona and with Sonora plates blow through the crosswalk and almost hit people. This Wal Mart has a problem stocking fresh produce and pulling the rotting vegetables. I don't even bother to buy bagged potatoes here anymore, because of all the times that I've picked up a bag and had liquid spill out from rotting potatoes. The celery, carrots, cucumbers, and lettuces they get often look wilting and old. I've often seen old beef (you can tell by the obvious turn in color) in the meat section. Another observation: I do not speak Spanish well, and the cashiers oftentimes are rude - they don't look at me, don't talk to me other than to tell me the total in Spanish - so when I do have to come here, I go thru self checkout. I have observed customers AND employees use the bathroom, walk out of the stall, maybe glance at themselves in the mirror, and keep right on trucking - NO HYGIENE! I will not use the bathrooms at this Walmart anymore. It's common to observe employees engaged in casual conversation, or playing games on their phones. They don't seem to care about stocking anything right, and many times you can walk through the store and see items carelessly tossed about, obviously far from where we should find them, like a package of bologna left in the women's socks aisle. This location is dysfunctional and a direct reflection of the people and culture around it. read more

Rude. Rude. Rude. Staff is so rude. I try not to go here but the next store is an hour away.

We had a whirlwind shopping trip to Walmart (Douglas, AZ) with a lengthy list. We were quickly overwhelmed, realizing that we were unfamiliar with the newest baby items. Anthony and Claudia (sales associates) saw our confusion and were fabulous in taking the time to deal with each item individually, explaining and educating. They really made our trip pain-free and productive. Management really should recognize these two individuals. They went above and beyond! Thank you! read more

It's Walmart. Unfortunately Isn't well known for its customer service and Douglas Walmart takes the cake. I had a clerk that said she couldn't help me because she didn't speak English. Why would they hire sometime who can't speak any English at all? read more

This was the WORST experience I have EVER had at a Walmart! I couldn't have possibly been more disappointed or angry. We order pictures, waited the hour for them to be done shopping. We then waited another HALF HOUR while the employees all chatted, during which point my baby started screaming bc we had been waiting too long for her taste. There was one person in front of us, which a woman finally came and helped. She then IGNORED us, and chose to take care of the woman behind us. To make matters better, there are employees standing around everywhere, but they're all too busy talking to help you. I also took notice that some of their food is moldy (bought fruit that spoiled and new IN DATE yogurt that was moldy). Most of the employees are unwilling to speak English or simply can't, not to mention the ones that can are just rude. I would recommend shopping anywhere but this horrible store. I'll make the drive to Sierra Vista before I come back here. read more

Some of the employees don't speak English. Usually the restrooms are filthy. Trashcans in the stalls have used toilet paper in them. Many of the employees are very rude. read more

Every time I come here there is always an issue, and they always have an excuse. I am trying to get an oil change, I was left to wait out in the sun for 20 mins before anyone came to help. Then he tells me it will be an hour, really there is one car in the bay and no one but me waiting, he says ya we only have one person, you always say that. Now I am in side their waiting room, ya right i am about to fall through the chair. The tv fades in and out, and of course it's all in Spanish, so pretty much the hell with people that don't speak Spanish. We shall see what happens when they finish. read more

Worst Walmart in the entire U.S. NO customer service, pharmacy ALWAYS messes up, a lot of out-of-stocks, horrid produce....

i ordered a dupont water filter online and guess what? ups a company trusted by walt-mart did not comply with the agreement of delivering a package on time no matter what the circumstances that may have arised. ups never knocked at my door and left a note stating that i a disabled person have to go get it at where they store the package. imagine what kind of service is that. ups destroyed the imagen of good customer service i had in mind about wal-mart. now the way i think i will never buy online in wal-mart. why do wal-mart offer a delivery of an item on time and fail. customer service is essential for the surviving of a company. now wal-mart definitively lost me as a customer because of a lazy company: ups. what a shame!!!! managers of wal-mart: dont you guys or gals think that you guys got to pay special attention to this alert. ignore my advise and wal-mart now lost a client what will seem as unimportant but just wait and this potential problem will affect wal-mart seriously, specially in a competitive modern worl of business. remember you guys as managers are the ones making decisions that affect the business of wal-mart. you as managers are reflecting headquarters company mission affecting reputation and finances of a company that trusted you. i think fail managers that comitt this kind of behavior should be terminated. those managers are not a company asset. read more

Thank goodness for Walmart. We couldn't live here without it. However, I wish they were more timely in reshelving products. Sometimes they are out of an awful lot of things. But they are still great for this community. read more
