Worst Walmart ever. Staff is rude and completely useless, only serving to block aisles and to glare when asked to work. Nothing works or is maintained in this Walmart and most of the food is probably expire. Self checkouts will be closed because retail theft is too great for normal Walmart features. Only go here if you absolutely MUST. Otherwise, drive to the Gonzales Walmart for better selection and experience read more

I prefer Walmart over target but I just don't like the lines; however at this location the lines are never long!! The employees are very helpful, courteous and have a sense of urgency to make sure the lines move swiftly! The prices keep me coming back for my day to day items but the workers make it worth it! I also tried the hot items that they sell in the deli and the food was delicious ! I highly recommend the macaroni n cheese !! No store is perfect but with short lines and cheap prices I'll shop Walmart especially this location read more

This Walmart Sucks! First off, what Walmart Supercenter do you know that closes at night? This one! If you live in Donaldsonville, you already don't have many options as it is, and this just makes it worse since you have to go to a whole different city after hours. Pathetic. It's cool though, this Walmart is also so gloomy that I don't mind skipping it and driving all the way to the Walmart in Gonzales. Get it together. read more

This is like any ordinary Walmart Supercenter I have been to. The store is pretty organized and well-stocked or was I just lucky during my visits? Customer service was also fairly decent here. It's located in a small town, but easy access off the highway and parking never an issue. It's pretty much a carbon copy of other Walmart stores in the Baton Rouge area - grocery section, retail section, bakery, etc. You can come here and grab all you need in one swoop and probably save a ton on your shopping bill and be equipped for a couple weeks. This is the largest store in this area, so it is widely popular. If you are driving through White Castle / Donaldsonville and need to stock up before heading to NOLA, then you have found the place! read more

It's Walmart. Small. Not a big selection. Some staff okay most are really rude. Typical Walmart.

I hit up a few stores including the Polo by Ralph Lauren and the Tommy Hilfiger and grabbed a bite at the Chili's. The service was friendly at each location and it was a positive experience.
