I recently ordered another one with a request that they please make sure that the Bavarian cream is between each layer. Again they only put whipped topping, after the manager assured me that it was in there alone with fruit between the layers. There isn't supposed to be fruit between the layers. I'm disappointed and concerned that the manager doesn't know what ingredients are in the products that they are selling. The consumer's health could be at risk

Im a homebound disabled Veteran and decided to send My Wife to get Her perfect Chair, while I looked on line and made a few phone calls. She told me She was Greeted with courtesy, No pressure, knowledgable helpful assistance. Found what She was looking for bought it and set up delivery. She was sure Smiling when She came home. Delivery setup crew outstanding, on time, very smooth. We settled on 2 Recliners. We Luv them. While not a wall hugger, just move it a-bit and Surprise. Ours are Pendleton Genuine Top grain Corinthian Italian Leather (thick too, the real deal you can feel it) On All areas of contact, ie arms, feet, butt, back, and neck head shoulders. They have a built in lumbar support and padding in All the right places. We both toke a great comfortable nap. That is the first time any lumbar support actually stayed where i needed it, even in Full recline. What a Blessing. We got the manual open. I got my flashlight and looked underneath, all thicker steel than others and No plastic. The construction is evidently durable, reliable, the frame is Plywood, Not pressboard or plastic. My Wife discovered its also a Rocker. Another Smile, We are Grand parents. So thought i would share our experience with you. Large selection, name brands, styles. So in summery, I spoke to Cathy, (quickly becoming my fav customer service and sales person) Also spoke to Mike The Owner. Great Guy Will work with you. So far so good. All of the furniture is made poorly. We have purchased more than 4 different items from this store all ALL have needed repair...BUT since they don't honor anything...we have fixed it ourselves. My husband has been working on a project to connect a water purification system from our kitchen sink to our fridge. We tried stopping at this Ace Hardware but found that they are closed on Sundays. We then made the long 30 minute trek to Lowes to get a part. After walking up and down several aisles we finally located the aisle with the parts we needed, however, (without plumbing experience) it can be very easy for people to pick up the wrong part. We bought the part believing it to be what we needed and with zero employees available to help us at Lowes, we went for it. We made the long 30 minute ride back home from Lowes and tried it out. It was the wrong size!! We were so frustrated! On Tuesday, we decided to give it another try. We were going to drive all the way to Lowes again, but remembered Ace Hardware is just minutes away from home. Fingers crossed it wasn't too late...It was almost 5:00 and we didn't make note of their hours the last time we stopped by on Sunday. We pulled up and they were open!! =) The moment we walked in the front door, we were greeted by the cashier who asked if she could help us find anything today. We had no idea where we would find this tiny metal connector part so we showed her the part we bought from Lowes and she pointed us to the exact spot where we could find those parts. We began eyeballing each of the parts to try to figure out which one would be the correct size. After a few minutes the cashier asked us if we needed any help. We didn't want to bother anybody so we just told her we were fine. A moment later, Al (another Ace Hardware employee) walked up and asked if he could assist us in finding the part we needed. We showed him the part from Lowes and told him we got the wrong size. He asked us about our project and once we told him what we were attempting to do, he knew exactly what size we needed. He helped us understand the differences in these plumbing parts which answered a lot of questions we had. He even opened the package for us to ensure the part fit the connector we brought with us to give us peace of mind in knowing we were not purchasing another part that wouldn't fit. We got home and got everything connected perfectly and our fridge now provides extra purified water and ice! =) I never get that kind of customer service at Lowes or Home Depot. FYI: Currently, their hours are Monday-Saturday 7:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. (Closed on Sundays). Thanks Guys! We appreciate your kindness and willingness to help!
