This is a great store and all the employees are great BUT the current female manager. I haven't…read moregotten her name but she's got brown hair and a terrible attitude. My husband and I come to this store all the time as we have livestock etc. This woman makes us dread every trip to this store. First big issue she was rude and getting an attitude with us because we asked to get 2 chicks and 2 ducks. (We already have lots of chicks at home) Store policy says "must get 4 chicks. other poultry must get 2" but you can COMBINE chick purchase with other poultry purchase to meet the minimum. There was literally a sign that said it AND we looked it up online and it said the same thing. She argues with us and says no. There's a long moment of silence where we're just staring at her and wondering what's her problem as she grabs 2 ducks and 2 chicks. She ends up giving us what we asked for because WE WERE RIGHT ab the policy lol! Must've been a coincidence but 3 of the 4 birds we bought that day happened to die within 12 hours of leaving the store, but that's likely shipping stress and the way they don't take proper care of the animals so I digress. Next big issue they have a "price match" policy and my husband asked to have something price matched. She comes over and interrupts the employee helping my husband and starts going back and forth like she was trying to confuse us ? Or like argue until we just said "nevermind we'll pay the full price" but she kept the BS up so long that we DID just end up paying full price and walking out of there This lady has a HUGE attitude problem and feels the need to always be right. Not sure if we're the only people she targets but it's an issue almost every single time. If she's not butting her head in our business when we're being helped by one of the many amazing employees she's giving us looks from across the store. You can tell she makes all the other employees uncomfortable because she's always having an attitude and stepping over the other employees when they're trying to help us and making everything difficult for absolutely no reason. If we have one more issue I will be contacting corporate immediately because at the end of the day we have to go to tractor supply to buy supplies and there's no reason we should be getting treated the way we do. Other than that this location is up to par as a tractor supply should be. We won't stop coming here just because of one person despite the annoyance it causes.

I am amazed that Tractor Supply tolerates such lousy customer DISSERVICE. I bought a black leather belt this summer as a "dress belt" wrongly I assumed it would be as good as one I bought there over 2 years ago (so did not keep the receipt). But, on maybe the 3rd time I tried to put it on it literally snapped in half. Again, I wrongly assumed that since they were still selling the same belt, they would just give me a replacement. I asked for help from a lady working the front end and it was immediately apparent I was annoying her. She glanced at the belt and said "Not our fault you broke it". "No receipt, I CAN'T HELP YOU" I tried to get her to look closely at it, and I told her I was wearing a belt I had bought there, and I didn't "BREAK IT" She just WALKED AWAY. I said OK and walked out of the store and told my wife in a very loud voice, "That was the last time I'm going in that (BEEPING) store. AND I MEANT IT. Folks that is not how we treat people in our small town, I hope they close up and go away, I will shop at our local Ace Hardware from now on.

Because I was sick and had already asked the doctor to send the prescription here, I went ahead and paid, not realizing how badly I was getting screwed but once I saw that there were only 5 pills in the bottle, I checked The Prescription Place and was told their cash price was under $13.00! I called back and spoke with the pharmacist, told her about the $13.00 price. She said I should probably just go there next time. I will and will also tell everyone I know to NEVER use that pharmacy again.
