Manager told me that I cannot bring my service dog back into the store. He said it's unsanitary. My dog is cleaner than anyone in that store. Where my dog isn't welcome, my money doesn't spend. I will not be back to that nasty ghetto Walmart. read more

They literally give out the food burnt, why would someone leave a corn dog that is burnt. no one would like to enjoy that. right I got burnt corn dogs and it does not taste good. they need to take care of the foods and keep an eye on them. also check the dates of food because they leave stuff there and I bought it with money for me to just throw it away. This has been one of the worst experiences every! I ordered over $400 worth of groceries and when I got home half of it was missing. online chat agent called me a liar. called the store they found the order. It took me 3 other online agents to finally get a refund, which I'm still waiting for. Was told by Cullman 157 manger that someone over her would call me next day. Haven't heard a word. Not one person offered to compensate me for all the trouble I went through. I wish everyone would boycott Walmarts across the nation, if they would they would train people better and all this mix up wouldn't happen. read more

Horrible service and it seem like the employees just don't want to be there. I when through the self the self check out and deeply regretted it. I had cold medicine and the person wanted my ID which was fine but they said it was fake because I didn't look anything like it. Dyed my hair blue. Hi , My name is Raymond, I purchased a pretty expensive B.B gun for my 16yr olds birthday. Well its a regardless and is advised that it will shoot 800fps.(feet per second). Well I pumped and shot ,needless to say ,its not got the power to shot a pop can. So I took back to store,and was denied return,exchange, or I even offered,to pay the difference on a better model. Nothing I said seemed to matter. Long story short I walked outside and began telling people about what was happening and was approached by several employees who had called the police and said I was trespassing, because I didn't just leave with the broken gun they had sold me. I tried to talk and reason with there team,but ultimately got treated like a common criminal. I mean,cops had hands on guns and tasers talking with me,or I should say telling me what I was going to do or go to jail. All over a bb gun for my kid. I will never shop at this oversized bully of a store again. And the lack of professionalism in the leadership of this store is so bad ,i don't want to give it a star, but rather have them learn how to treat a paying customer. read more

I don't know if it even needs an explanation. I avoid at all cost. Lines are long. Isle are narrow. Patrons are, well unique.

This Walmart is horrible! My wife and I went and bought $475.00 in this store. I had a bottle of wine (for cooking beef tips). When I got to the register they carded both of us. I was the only one buying anything. We are both a young 45! But my wife did not have her license, so they would not sell it to me. I believe the state law is 21! They said if I would have had my kids with me it would have been fine. Not sure what kind of policy that is. They need to look up state laws! Will not be back! read more

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at the Walmart on Hwy 157 both in the store, the pharmacy, and the pickup service. The associates when I have had questions to locate items usually take me to the isle when I insist they need only tell me the isle number. I hate to interrupt their work but they are happy to show me where the products are. The pharmacy is terrific. Some of the associates and pharmacists know me by name and are always courteous in helping me find things in their department. The young men and women who work in delivering the pickup groceries to my car are polite and so helpful. I had 4 fractures in my foot and couldn't walk around the store and used their service for 6 weeks. They were ever so helpful and delightful. Once I bought some cookies and tried to share them with the greeter since he was so nice, but said that due to policy he couldn't accept them. I was so sorry that I couldn't return the friendliness that he had shown me so many times. I won't shop anywhere else. Oh, the personnel that works in the self-checkout area are always helpful and tell you "Have a good day" as you leave. read more
