The floors were clean and shiny. The shelves I chose items from were neatly arranged and well organized. The staff members I spoke to were friendly and helpful. I got my items and checked out so I was happy with the results of my short visit. read more

There are entirely TOO MANY DOGS allowed in the store. In my short visit there today, I counted 5 dogs (NOT service dogs) in the store!!! Totally unacceptable as I have allergies to dog and cat dander and do my best to avoid the animals. They do NOT belong in a store and especially in a shopping cart where I put my food. Time to find another store for my needs. read more

Had an home delivery returned to store not once but TWICE by a driver by the name of carlos.. First time I called and complained and they got a different driver and I received that order a couple of hours later.. The other day I had another delivery and none other than Carlos again!!! I have specific instructions how to get to our house so I watched his tracking and he went to the wrong road AGAIN!!! I TRIED chatting with him only to get the message it would be translated to spanish?? I tried calling and got voicemail not active?? Apparently Walmart hires drivers that can't read or speak English?? Been a customer over 10.years but not anymore if they can't hire people to complete their jobs .. Oh and was told since it was being brought back to store I could come and pick it up!!! Defeats the purpose for paying for home delivery don't ya think??? Bad service Walmart of Crossville TN... read more

I ran into the garden center (from outside) to pick up three small items. There was a guy standing there whom I thought was a greeter. I go to pay and NO registers are open in the lawn & garden area. So I ask the "greeter" and he tells me the registers are closed. So I have to go all the way to the front to check out and then walk back to my vehicle parked at lawn & garden. The guy wasn't a greeter. He was there to make sure no one stole anything. Well Walmart, put him on the register rather than having him stand doing nothing! Or close the doors leading in/out from that section of the store! This is poor management at its finest. read more

Please do not use Crossville's Walmart Super Center for any car repairs or tires. I recently visited for new tires and damage was done to studs. My car had to be towed to another repair center to be fixed. I had a 7 a.m. appointment and didn't get my car back for about 5 hours. No compensation for my lost personal time with this nightmare. Walmart can do better than this! read more

Cashier made a mistake when ringing up our groceries. We had to take our card & groceries to customer service desk along with SIX associates to correct the mistake. They did some stupid financial stuff and got a 'gift card' to pay for our groceries. I was overcharged and a week later, still working with corporate to get it fixed! DO NOT PAY WITH A CHECK! If you pay with a credit card, you have more control. Incompetent! read more

We traveled to TN and stayed in Wyndham. On 8/13/2023 evening I went to this Walmart for an on line pick up. First, they gave me the number to call, the automated message asked me to state my order number and name, before I could do that, I was told "the voice message is full". So I went back to customer service to ask what to do next. Then they took my name and they found the order and told me someone would get my order. I was in the store for over an hour, and I was the only one shows up for on line pick up, they just kept me waiting there. Whoever was in charge of the customer service that night was not helpful at all. She complained the weather(storm night) caused the delay. I decided to leave without getting my order. Just a thought, I spent time making this on line order, and went to the store to pick up, and someone from Walmart worked on the order, put them together and notified me the order was ready. Because the wrong people was in charge, I decided to abandon the order, now someone from Walmart needs to put them back to the shelf. And I will definitely not to send another on line order to this location. Not sure if it's the poor system not working (to call the number to notify the store I am there, and the mail box was full) or the poor management, they wasted everyone's time on this order. read more

I purchased 4 tires online and had them mounted and balanced here. The way one guy talked, they knew what they were doing. The guy helping him was older by 20 years or so. The old guy was swearing and slamming things around. I thought I had gone back in time 100 years. When I drove the vehicle, it was clearly not in balance. One worker even mentioned to the other that they were directional tires. Nope, they're not. Be that as it may, I contacted the mgr about this and he didn't even offer to compensate me for my wasted time as I had to go do it all over again at another walmart. I think they did it wrong on purpose. I worked at a Sears auto service center in my 20's and other auto service related businesses. Mounting and balancing a tire is something you can do in your sleep once you've done a few times. I watched them balance them at the next walmart and they were WAY out of balance to the point you'd have to have done it on purpose. These guys are a danger to people's safety. read more

I have always had nothing but good service at the Crossville Walmart, including the curbside pickup. The employees have always been helpful and the cashiers very pleasant. My only complaint is there's not enough cashiers and it's rare that the lines aren't always long. read more

Don't even try to order & pickup curbside unless you plan on waiting for hours. Arrived at 6:00, my time frame was 6-7, called at 7:00 only to be told my order hadn't even been picked for an order that was placed that morning. I decided to go ahead and go home since I would have obviously been waiting for another 2 hours. They said they hold the order for 24 hours so I returned on my lunch break the next day and called and was told it would be an hour. After explaining that I had waited an hour last night and they hadn't even picked my order at the end of my pickup time last night and I was waiting again....the response was "So what, it's going to be awhile."I could have done my own shopping and had all my groceries yesterday. My hour lunch break is over and I still don't have my order. 2 days waiting.!! I thought I would try this since I haven't, NEVER AGAIN!!! I would give no stars but that's not an option! read more

Shopping at walmart is to be avoided if at all possible. They have rearranged the whole store, and do so constantlyl You can't find anything unless you ask a clerk where they have put it now.I only go there if I can't find something elsewhere. They are nuts read more

This store is one of the dirtiest stores I have ever been in. The staff is just as bad. They do not help you and if you ask them a question they get an attitude like you are bothering them. It has happened .ore then once to us. The store is way to busy for the amount of people that work for the store and it shows. read more

Vision Center is Excellent -- I just had my first experience with Walmart's Vision Center, the Walmart in Crossville, TN. It was an exceptionally satisfying experience. The assortment and cost of the frames and the lenses were certainly satisfactory, but what made the experience so outstanding was the person who assisted me. She was professional in every sense of the word -- understood ultra-violet UV protection (both UVA and UVB) and blue wavelength protection (computer screens) as well as any person you'll find in any optometrist's office. She was meticulous in measuring me for frames, and extremely patient as I weighed the various options in lens selection (coatings, etc.) I suggest you ask for Samantha B. when you go in, as she has exceptional customer service skills! read more
