I needed my coffee fix this morning so I ran down to Creo Coffee Company to get an Iced Americano…read moreand decided to try out their new breakfast burrito. They did not disappoint! Breakfast Burrito-$3.50. It's your standard breakfast burrito with sausage, peppers, eggs, and cheese. It's comparable in size to Main Stop's breakfast burritos, except these are better quality and have way more flavor. I'll definitely get it again and recommend anyone who likes sausage and peppers to try it out. Side note for picky eaters: I didn't ask what was on it before I ordered it and they didn't say. I just bit into it and hoped for the best lol, so I'm not sure if they can +/- ingredients or if they have other meat/cheese/veggie options to choose from. You'll have to ask them lol. Small Iced Americano-$3.10. This is what I order every time from every coffee shop, so I've definitely had my fair share of them, but this one hit different. I don't know if I was just really needing my caffeine fix, my tastebuds were different, or if the guy who made it for me today is the best barista in the entire tri-state area, because I swear this was the best Iced Americano I've ever had or close to it. Total: $6.60 Bonus: 1 stamp on my loyalty card and 2 dog treats for my babes in the back seat. Best part: I didn't even have to get out of my truck and I was there for maybe 5 minutes? 10/10

At the outlet mall for holiday shopping and wanted to get a couple pairs of jeans for myself so I…read moreput Levi's on my list of stops. I was pleasantly surprised by the diversity and selection of styles and sizes of jeans and other types of clothes. I honestly didn't realize how many non-jeans related apparel they produce and carry. This was one of the busier stores that I went to at Prime. They had multiple employees but probably not enough to deal with all of the customers. There was nobody to greet or welcome you to the store, but they all seemed to be working with stocking, folding, running registers, but not really anyone making suggestions or engaging the customers. I saw others seek out employees to ask questions and I was able to get my answered as well but I had to go to the other side of the store to find someone free. They carry mens, womens, and childrens apparel. The store was generally clean and organized given the time of year and number of customers. The regular prices were slightly below the department stores, their sales were on par with any special at a chain, and the clearance racks, while smaller than the other outlets, beat anything I have seen in the big box while maintaining a good selection of sizes. Overall my experience here was not bad, not great, but aok.

Staff was very polite and it was easy to try on the jeans I was interested in purchasing. They had a nice sale going on a at the time, and I was able to buy 3 pairs of jeans for around $100. My only complaint was that they didn't have more of a selection of colors in the jeans I wear.

The Kroger in Hillsdale, Michigan has acquired staff that don't know what customer service is…read more Firstly, the Customer Service Desk has a variety of women working which are either (1) Pleasant, smiling and helpful or (2) Rude with a look of anger. Nasty. I went to service counter to make a return. Pam and Amy were in the middle of conversation which was Pam chastising Amy for staffing decisions. This went on as I stood there. Amy didn't know what to do. Pam was raising her voice as she was questioning Amy on other decisions made. I asked for the help of a particular manager I had already spoken to. Pam refused, calling another manager. Pam and Amy continued to say that Kroger didn't carry the brand I was trying to return, although they did. The second manager handed me a $20 bill. I refused to take and settled at $5. Earlier Pam had given me a prepaid sticker for an alternative. I offered it back to her and she yanked it off my hand. In case you're wondering, I was returning sanitizing wipes that were moldy when opened. And for proof I took a picture of another pack of wipes I purchased in that Kroger, with a reduced price sticker that is Kroger's. I'd like a personal apology from Pam and Amy for calling me a liar and another from the second manager trying to bribe me, insinuating I was a liar.

BUT...the bakery is an embarrassment. We ordered a sheet cake for a school function for our teenage son. Grim barely covers it. Flavorless. Tasteless. Boring. If I had wanted a cake that looked and tasted like it was put together by a total novice I could have saved $50 bucks and done it myself. What a letdown.
