Kayley (sp!)is always smiling and pleasant to speak with and friendly too! She makes the dull chore of obtaining my drugs a pleasurable experience. Now the other staff members I have had dealings with also were nice. The pharmacists that have administered my vaccinations are always professional and friendly.

Getting through on the phone is at least a 20 minute ordeal and is so rushed you might just forget why you called!! This happens a LOT- this morning I was here WAITING IN LINE when you were supposed to be open and when I finally got to the register you told me it would be an hour before my script would be ready. Is that an hour minus the time I sat here and waited on you to come to work??! I mean the signs say you open at 8 am. No one opened the gates till after 820! I don't understand businesses these days. Just come when you're ready?? Can I get an application? I'd love to come to work whenever I decide to and then blame the mean old customers for my having to work to earn an income. He had decided to retire a couple of years back due to health concerns & didn't have any issues then neither. It wasn't until this year some people the new owner hired in (not sure if they were pharmacists or pharmacy techs) started messing up the orders of my medicine that started to bug me. I tried to wait it out to see if it would improve, but, it DID NOT. I switched to another local pharmacy (rather deal locally where I can over the national chains), & I will see how it goes. I really hate leaving this score for this pharmacy as the people who I all knew for 30+ years (30 of that as a patron), are like family, & was always willing to help me with any issue I was having health wise, or if I couldn't pay the co-pay on my medication, they was always there for me.
