I have been shopping at this store for 31 years and have always had a good experience with most products. The prices are reasonable on most items and I will say as of late since the Store remodel this Walmart store has incredibly "stepped up their game" The displays are more like a Department store or a Target Store with much better prices! Under stocked for many items also many discontinued. Generally overpriced. Not usually very busy. Easy to get around

Cashier was super nice as always. Found what i needed quickly. Went to leave, was walking across the crosswalk into the parking lot and one of the workers almost hit me and my mother. They didnt even yield for the stop sign that was in place. read more

Purchased new glasses there had them back four times they kept not being right went to different place got the right lenses different script I see fine they will not refund me or give me New lenses their service is horrible they don't know what to do when it comes to glasses had trouble last time also do not buy there glasses if you need need to see read more

Love this Walmart! Every time I come here it's fully stock and clean. Staff are so polite, respectful and always willing to help

If your trying to get your kids trading cards or and trading card in general, be prepared to walk in and out 11 times because they limit cards to 1 pack per customer. I repeat 1 pack or 1 of anything. They are loaded with stock in cards too. Pretty sad they o ly want to make 50cents off 1 customer with trading cards when they can make a ton more. read more

I've been to many Wal-marts in over 25 states including Hawaii. This store is not only the worst Wal-mart I've ever been to it has to take the cake as the worst ever! It reminds me of a poorly run Ames Department Store. Remember that chain? Let's start with their parking lot that looks like someone drug a farm rake through it. I'm has more patch and crack filler then asphalt. It's a wonder someone hasn't twisted an ankle getting out of their car. Maybe they have and we're just not told about it. All they do is keep adding crack filler. Which brings me to their reclaimed shopping carts. Try to find one that rolls straight and without a lot of resistance. Good luck! Oh they did replace some wheels on some of the carts but only the front. When the metal frame is rubbing on the back wheel the pretty wheels on the front don't help you enjoy your shopping experience. I have a theory that the minefield of a parking lot is the cause of the shopping cart wheel failures. Back to the parking lot mess. They 'claimed 16 or 18 of the best parking spots for their new shopping service. I see one maybe two cars using the service. Way to tick the rest of your customers off. My real pet peave is misrepresenting pricing and I feel a part of the problem is the empty shelves. The shelves in this store are empty. A lot. They try to get around that by fronting other items to make the shelves look full. The only problem is they don't change the shelf tags and the price you believe you are paying is different when you get to the register. They also have only one (in the food section) and sometimes two price scanners that work. I also find it interesting that it never works out where you get charged less. I've experienced many examples here's one of them. Shortly after Christmas I was shopping and I saw they had the second season of Yellowstone for $19.ninety something. Three available and the shelf sticker read Yellowstone-second season. I got to the self checkout and was charged $ 24 something. I ask for help from the nice young attendant who was already dealing with 3 other customers who had overpricing issues. When it became my turn I explained the overcharge and he called back to entertainment to sort it out. The explanation was that the copy I had was blue ray and the cheaper price was for standard. Also told someone had stocked them in the wrong spot. Ok, I may not like it but I can understand these thing happen. As I'm walking to my car I start to wonder, did they remove the other two and put them where they belonged? A trip back into the store told me what I suspected. The additional two blue rays were still there with the same shelf sticker that DID NOT say standard version. There are literally dozens more that I won't bore you with. So a couple of weeks after this event, frustrated with several items that didn't have a shelf sticker explaining price, I happen to see the store manager. Several years of being ripped off and treated like crap came out, respectfully. When I explained that the following items in my cart had no price shelf sticker he assured me they did. Then he went with me and found out that I was right. He claimed they had several price machines and found only one when we walked the store. When I asked him if it was their business model to deliberately miss price items to increase their profits he assured me it wasn't and that he'd be having a talk with his staff. I still do wonder if it's not done with malice as it still happens. Maybe what bothered me the most was his excuse that the customers were moving the shelf tags. ??? What? Really? What benefit does any customer realize from moving a shelf tag? Truly insulting. Caveat Emptor is never more true then at this store so do let the buyer beware. Everyday I'm stuck going into this pit I think of what it could be and I say a prayer that Meijers will locate a store in our city to save us. read more

Recently Moved to Caro. The walmart here is clean , Kept and Non crazy so far :) everything seemed easy to find.

I just moved here from Bay City. I miss their Wal-Mart. The Caro store is always out of stock, especially pop! The manager really needs to step up on getting and keeping the well stocked on everything! read more
