If you do not believe me please check the reviews for Estes Forwarding Worldwide. Sam's Club bears responsibility for using them time and time again to save money. After being a week behind the tracking order just disappears and nobody at Sam's Club or Estes Forwarding Worldwide can tell me why. I was sure that this was just an isolated incident so I tried again and the same thing happened today. Stay away from ordering any large items online.

She never stopped dusting a display to take the time to talk with me about my situation and instead of asking me to sit down and figure out what was needed and how to proceed, she continued dusting and continued with a very unhelpful attitude/ tone. When a customer comes in shouldn't it be the employees desire to be respectful and help a client figure out what is needed and how to proceed? I never was treated with respect or felt comfortable in the store and will not do business with this company.
