Kind of a "Ugh, let's just get in and get out." To say we were BLOWN AWAY by the customer service we experienced during our visit would be an understatement. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a gentleman at the door. He then directed us to the restroom (since the nearby McDonald's restrooms were CLOSED). Then we passed a group of Target workers in the middle of a morning huddle. One lady in the group paused to greet us as well. (Super nice!) Lastly, 2 workers helped us locate an E.T. dvd that my Target app said was in stock but I couldn't find. These 2 individuals dropped what they were doing to help us find this $5 movie. AMAZING. So as you can see, this Target location might not be the newest, fanciest building but their STAFF really rolled out the RED carpet for us and we really appreciate it!

She had outstanding skills of customer service and a great overall knowledge of the particular products i was looking at. Very different experience than I usually receive at stores in the Houston area. I found a Funko Pop that was long sold out in my area of town, so that paired with Tiffany C's sunny disposition made this a very positive trip to a new Target.

So much of the merchandise is now behind glass and there is never someone to open up the case. They are losing money with their own anti-theft policies.
