You have to enter the mall to get to this store. I entered through the Sobey's entrance. The mall entrance is next to it. I'm thinking that there's likely a closer mall entrance to get to Winners, but I could be wrong. I liked shopping here. The cosmetic section greeted me. I ended up getting watermelon toner. I've been using it since I bought it. It has a nice watermelon scent and has been effective removing impurities nicely so far. The handbag section had a nice assortment of colours and styles. Sadly, I didn't see any Kipling bags. The shoe section was a bit of a disappointment to this woman who wears size 11 footwear. There were only two items that were in my size. The sneakers looked cool, but I didn't need them. I wasn't interested in the other pair. The phone accessories section is also decent. I got a four-foot USB C-to-USB C cable. I have been using it in my rental car. It charges my phone quickly and the length is perfect. The checkout lineup was long when I got there. However, it moved quickly. I got a nice woman who saw my TJX Style barcode on my phone and scanned it immediately. I then paid for my items with a credit card. Done! I thanked the woman and left with my items. I put them away in my reusable bag and drove off to my next destination. I like that Steinbach has one of everything. This store is the only Winners in the city and it's great. (230)

I did a search and found this Giant Tiger on Main Street. It was maybe an eight-minute drive from where I was staying. I came here on a Monday. It's located in a plaza, across from a Chinese buffet. I had no problem finding parking. I parked and walked in. I knew that this store was a good one when I saw Old Dutch popcorn twists. They are yummy and you don't have to deal with the hull getting stuck between your teeth. However, each hull has fibre, so you do get that tradeoff. Anyway, the twists now come in salted toffee. I grabbed a bag. OMG! They were so good that I ate the entire bag when I got back to my hotel room. Oops, but so yummy! I came for fruit. I got a bag of plums. They were smaller in size, which was perfect to have a couple each day. They were the perfect ripeness. I just finished the bag. The grocery section is cool. I saw produce while I was looking at fruit. The dairy section had lactose-free milk, eggs, and more. I saw frozen pies, and racks of ribs that you heat and eat. It had everything that I like. I ended up getting a Canada t-shirt. I forgot to pack my Canada t-shirt for Canada Day. I like that I paid $10 for it and didn't break the bank. I wore it all day the following day. It was comfy and fit nicely. There was a bit of a lineup at the checkout. A man was using the only self-checkout kiosk that was operational. I ended up getting a human. There were two women cashing folks out. I got a nice woman who rang up everything. I paid with a credit card. I tapped and was good. I declined getting a bag. I carried my goods to my vehicle and put them in my reusable bag that I brought with me. It's a good store. I'm glad that I found it for my grocery, snacking, and t-shirt needs. (232)

I came here to check out Winners and spent some time browsing. Over the course of my stay in Steinbach, I visited it regularly. I like the Winners here. I was pleased with my purchases. The downside was that there weren't a lot of women's size 11 shoes. This mall has a Dollarama. Its hours of operation are different (it opens at 7 am) than the mall's. The Sobeys is cool. It has its own entrance next to the mall entrance. It also has different hours of operation, which makes sense why it has its own entrance. I looked at a ton of freezies, along with fresh produce and fruit. I liked looking at photos and learning about the mall's history. They are on the wall, by an area in which you can sit down. Self-guided learning is awesome! I learned that this mall was established in 1980. There was a photo of the mall sign being erected. This mall is 45 years old this year! It's cool to that this mall is the largest one outside of Winnipeg and Brandon. It had everything that I needed while I was here. There are some stores that are a part of this mall, but are separate from it. I've been to McDonald's, Starbucks, Walmart, and Staples. All of them comprise the mall, but mainly face highway 12 and are detached from it. I probably spent the most time at Starbucks and McDonald's to get drinks. Walmart was great getting snacks and fruit. I browsed around Staples and didn't buy a thing. It's a decent mall in Steinbach. It had everything that I needed while I was in the city. (234)

There are too few techs to get it done at random, but no big deal, I can wait. They said it could be done within their winter preparation package for $49 rather than just separate maintenance... something like a shop hour... so a great savings. Happy customer!! But wait! Talk about snatching defeat from the jaws of success. My wife and I showed up in two vehicles to drop off the car. Why? Because our local CT is famous for taking a few HOURS for an oil change. Long time to sit on your thumb. So we came prepared!! Oh, there's more... the tech said they can only do the oil change, not the winter check!! Which I had waited the extra week to get so they would have staff available. The tech then said we didn't have the winter check scheduled!! Then he said the thermostat wouldn't have been included in the winter check!!! Then the young man accused my wife of lying!!! I told my wife $#@%$ and concluded that we'd leave before someone got hurt. Since our local CT lost their service manager, ALYSSA, their shop has become a gong show of gross incompetence. Avoid the STEINBACH, MB CT IF POSSIBLE. It's worth the trip to BC to see Alyssa at her new shop... another CT that is likely worthwhile.

They are getting me hooked up. #canadiantirecentre There is always a scam or upsell when dealing with them. Last time it was "we can't sell you just two tires for your hummer, it's illegal for us and unsafe" even though other two tires were 2 months old. I learned my lesson, never again. Two valve stems ($20) would have ended up being $300, will never use their service center again and will be sure to warn everyone that they will try to upsell unnecessary service. Unethical and basic warranty on tires is not honored.

I chose this one, which is a standalone location in a plaza. The other one is in at a mall. I had no problem finding a parking spot at this plaza. I pulled into an available one and walked into the store. Canada Day merchandise greeted me. I learned that I could get a t-shirt for the occasion for $5. Such a steal! I found lemon juice. I was pleased. This store has Dare cookies and Biscoff. I decided to go with the latter. I also got a reusable insulated bag. I felt that it was needed to keep my food or beverages hot or cold, depending on what I'm putting in it. The food section is perfect if you want to get ramen to heat up in a hotel room. There was also pho. There was a lineup at the checkout. The lone female staffer asked for help. It definitely helped. I got the most helpful woman cashing me out. This store does not have self-checkout kiosks. She asked if I was paying with a debit card or cash. I asked whether I could use my credit card. She said yes. I tapped and all was well. She asked if she could put my items in my reusable insulated bag. It was a great idea. She put everything in it and zipped it up for me. I thanked her for packing up my goods and left. I am so pleased with my insulated bag. I put a sub in it with a bag of plums. They were in pristine condition when I unpacked everything in my hotel room. I was happy. It's a good store. I'd go back. I suppose that it's kind of the norm at most outlet malls. Not all stores will give you heavily slashed prices on everything. I like that it's an indoor mall. You are protected from the elements when the temperature swings thirty degrees in either direction from zero. -30°C? You are safe from having your eyelashes freeze over. 30°C? It was what I had experienced while in the city. This mall was nicely air-conditioned and perfect to hibernate against hot, humid conditions. The mix of stores made me happy. Old Navy. GAP Factory. Winners. Claire's. Kernels - Baskin-Robbins. Skechers. Danier. Starbucks. Urban Treasures. Chatime. Lindt. I was perfectly content shopping at these places. Some are your regular businesses at any mall, such as Chatime and Starbucks. Winners has decent prices already. Old Navy, GAP Factory, and Lindt had deals that you'd expect from an outlet. The deals were fabulous. If you are a visitor, you can get a discount when you shop at various stores by dropping by Guest Services. The problem that I encountered was that they ask for ID. I dropped by to shop with a credit card and me. This woman at the counter would not accept photos of my driver's licence, both front and back, with my mugshot, on my phone. I didn't feel like grabbing my ID from the glove compartment of my rental vehicle and heading back to save maybe a couple of dollars on my great deals. Some stores are separate from the mall, but are still a part of it. Krispy Kreme is an example. I don't mind it because it has a drive-thru. There's also an IHOP, which is nice not doing a trip over the border to get your pancake fix. I spent my last full day in Winnipeg at this mall for a few hours. I enjoyed it. I used the washroom before I left. It was fancy and clean. There was plenty of parking. Each entrance is numbered, which is helpful. I look forward to returning to the city and dropping by this mall again. I'm glad that I can finally say that I've shopped here at long last. (330)

Maybe this review is influenced by the fact I've been to many other outlet malls that have more variety, but I definitely felt underwhelmed after shopping here. The location itself isn't very ideal, as the two major streets are high traffic, so getting here isn't exactly convenient. The mall bills itself as an outlet mall, but I honestly saw very few outlet prices. There were barely any sales or deals in all the places I went to. Definitely disappointing. The place is huge though, and the mall design is extremely open concept, plus the washrooms are really neat. That's about all the positives I can say unfortunately; Polo Park has better options in my opinion if you're looking for clothing.

The last store that I visited at Outlet Collection Winnipeg earlier this month was this Winners. I…read moretend to frequent Winners often and it was the case during my vacation. It was nice to see one at this mall. If you expect this Winners to be an outlet version of the store, it's not the case. It's more a convenient way to access a Winners in an air-conditioned mall with shoppers looking for a deal by default. It is a nice Winners. I focused my attention on housewares and phone accessories. This store has an extremely diverse set of drinkware. If you want blingy glasses with rainbows on them, you can find a set here. If you are looking for huge tumblers to bring water or whatever you'd like to consume everywhere and stay hydrated, there is one for you. I like looking at phone accessories. From car mounts for your phone, to USB C cables, I love checking out what's out there. I am a PopSockets person. It's easier for me to take photos with it and hold my phone in general. I ended up getting a couple of them here. One was an enamel watermelon. It would go well with my watermelon t-shirt that I had just bought and my stuffing myself with watermelon all summer. The other one had smiling flowers on it. The kitchen gadgets were great here. I saw everything from butterfly moulds to garlic presses. There was a Mr Men mug set that was adorable. This store also has a lot of Hello Kitty items, from storage containers, to a chopstick-plate set. I went to pay for my items at the checkout. The woman there was pleasant. I had my TJX Style+ barcode scanned from my phone. I then paid with a credit card. The transaction was smooth. I thanked the woman and placed my items in my bag. I was done shopping at this mall after at least a couple of hours, so I headed to my rental vehicle and went to fetch dinner. I liked shopping at this Winners. It was clean and I liked my PopSocket purchases at decent prices. (295)
