I can't say enough good things about Sean and his work. He was easy to work with, very professional, and made me feel like I was photogenic. I don't usually feel photogenic, so the fact that I did says a lot about him and his ability to put his clients at ease. He took many shots, and I quickly found one I loved. I've been using it for my LinkedIn profile and virtually all professional situations ever since. That was maybe nine years ago? I should have written a recommendation back then but never got around to it. Today is the 20th wedding anniversary for my brother and sister-in-law, so Sean was top of mind. I've loved the photo for nearly a decade, and I still get compliments on it all the time. Hiring Sean to do my headshot was one of the best professional investments I've ever made. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Definitely not the easiest situation for any photographer. He did a beautiful job in a very short amount of time, a three hour cruise. He got all the standard wedding photos of the ceremony, and posed shots of the wedding party and friends. He then continued to shoot candid photos that were spectacular. At one point he noticed that the boat was passing under the Coronado Bay Bridge and hustled my bride and I up on deck for yet another once in a lifetime shot. Would I recommend Resolution Photography? Absolutely. At the time he was one of the most sought after wedding photographers in San Diego and in the past 9 years I'm sure he has gotten even better, if that's possible. I haven't had contact with Sean since he did our wedding, but I believe that credit should be given where due. Sean was all set up when we arrived on the boat, worked his butt off the whole time, and got the finished product to us in short order at a fair price. What more can I say except that he was a joy to work with and he got the best out of everyone he photographed!

**Please read if you are seeking photos from Francine! This is long but IMPORTANT!**…read more Summary: PLEASE CONSIDER ANYONE ELSE FOR YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY NEEDS. Francine has been nothing but headaches and heartbreak, with no intention of getting us our pictures. I got married back in December 2014. We hired Francine for our engagement and wedding photos. Initially, Francine seemed very reasonable and professional. Plus we were excited to use someone from Jenks as we like to support local businesses. The engagement session and wedding went smoothly for the most part, but after, things could not have gone worse. Francine was unable to be contacted almost immediately after the ceremony. Before the Big Day, I had decided that I wanted a traditional photo album (leather bound, as the albums she called "popular" looked like high school yearbooks to me- but to each their own). She told us right off the bat that it would take longer as she orders some of the pages/pieces from Mexico for the album. That's fine. 3 months go by, I give her a call. She is always busy, in and out of hotels, never at her desk. Slowly she just stops contacting me. I texted, called, and FB messaged her- nothing. 3 more months pass, no pictures of any kind, or an album. My in-laws have ordered pictures, and received EMPTY envelopes in the mail. They call, no response. A YEAR passes. We decided to try and give her a little more time, thinking it would be the Christian thing to do. Again, she's smaller and local - maybe she is swamped. 3 months pass, nothing. We hired a lawyer. I am the first of my siblings to get married, and we want some pictures! Thankfully we had digital copies of SOME of the pictures, but no hard copies and no album. The lawyer says we have to go through the whole process of officially sending letters requesting contact. Another year passes, she has still not contacted us. Finally our lawyer says that we are going to win this case by default if Francine doesn't respond. We learn that we are not the first people to do this, but usually people just take the loss and don't deal with the hassle of getting a lawyer. We are currently awaiting a court date, and if Francine does not appear, we will win by default. As a future business owner, my goal is not to destroy her business. My goal is to make contact, and hopefully, one day, get my pictures. I hope to prevent anyone else from making the same mistake I did by using Francine's Photography.

Where to begin...well up until the wedding she was the easiest person to get a hold of, and then…read moreafter the wedding she just dropped off the planet. She would not answer her phone calls or respond to emails (except to offer us upgrades to a photo album we are still yet to get a year and a half after the wedding). She promised to give us ALL the ORIGINAL photos of the wedding. It took us forever to actually get the disks and that was no easy feat to get. We had to threaten potential legal action in order to GET WHAT WE PAID FOR. Well we finally got the CD's and I don't know if she lied to us or just has horrible camera skills. Nearly half the photos are of low quality. You can tell which ones were taken by her (terrible, bad lighting, fuzzy, bad angles etc) and which ones were taken by her actually competent assistant photographer. She is very friendly and charming, but please beware! She is very poor at following through with what she promises. With the picture quality, it sucks but maybe it was just bad luck (unprofessional bad luck but still, things happen, people forget things). With the followthrough, I cannot let that slide because it was not just a one time thing. Another couple, friends of ours, had the same problems with her that same summer. I would advise people to keep looking and go with someone else. Yes she has been in the business for 35 years but I think perhaps she has become complacent and just tries to use that to try to get business instead of actual skill, in both photography and customer service. 4 years later she still has not provided the photo album paid for and has not even attempted to contact me, or return calls or emails.
