I've now lived in CA for almost 8 years and am soooo sad this chain hasn't moved this far west after all this time! I've found nothing like it out here at all. I'm a HUGE thrifter and NBC definitely isn't near as cheap as thrift stores, BUT thrift stores rarely have clothes with store tags on them whereas most of NBC's stuff does have those tags. My sister and I have called NBC the "no holes, no stains" store for years and years because you really have to be careful here with stuff since a lot of it has one or both of those things wrong haha. I haven't been to this location in 4 years or so until last week. In that amount of time, I'll say their prices have certainly gone up, but what place hasn't raised their prices. At this location, note all the super sales are in the wing off to the right of the front door. On the main floor, the sale stuff will be along the walls mostly. You can spend hours in the super sale wing, but be careful for flaws in that section - check for working zippers, missing buttons, rips, holes, stains, and whack issues with stitching (like an arm being stitched closed lol). They do have a decent amount of kids stuff in the back, but that section is an absolute hot mess, especially looking for littler kid stuff (under 6x) like I was. My biggest splurge and best find ever at this store was during my last visit - a $450 All Saints lamb skin leather jacket in my size with store tags still on it for $65! It was a grey tag marked at $112 and that color was 40% off. I couldn't believe what a find this one was! There was only a slight imperfection on the leather that I could see, a tiny line of discoloration, maybe a like a slight scratch that didn't break the leather, but left a small mark. Literally no one will notice, so totally worth it!

Considering it's an outlet, everything was pretty organized and easy to find. They have some fantastic brands: Kate Spade, Ted Baker, Hugo Boss, Armani Exchange, Trina Turk, to name a few. Let's talk about prices: Ted Baker t-shirts for $10, Kate Spade purse for $60, Hugo Boss polo for $50. You cannot beat those prices. We picked up a blazer that retailed for $595 down to $40. If you like to shop, this is the spot for you. I really wish this store was closer to home, I'd be there every week!

After spending a rainy afternoon perusing the shop, being inquisitive about the items there and getting to know the people who are making this shop happen, I somehow felt connected to the the owners. I don't know the owners in any other capacity beyond being a patron of their business. However, I am looking forward to my next visit to make a donation to their shop. So no, they are definitely not giving me any freebies. Lol The couple who run the store bring a good vibe to the space and everyone who entered while I was there contributed to it. I sensed a space of community. I am more inclined to support businesses where everyone working or shopping there seems content to be there. The selection is reasonably priced. The items are in good condition. I appreciate the range of variety and the quantities in each category. They have a little of everything. Not too much, and not too little. Of what they do have, it's of utility. The exterior is decorated with creations the resourceful shopkeepers put together by repurposing items that were not sellable nor usable for their intended purposes. It's chaotic in all the best ways. This is the best place to buy books and activity books/kits for kids. Ollie's is usually my first stop for kids' birthday gifts or if I need to take wrapped single-serve snacks to a kid function. They also usually have plenty of seasonal items, whether it's decor, stuff for yard work, xmas toys, etc. tons of household items-small kitchen appliances, hygiene items (I go here for hygiene item drives that happen from time to time), rings, home improvement items and tools...it's really just a catch-all for random stuff. I buy pet food here often. It's just an easy place to get stuff at a really great price. I love deals and discounts, so I frequent here a few times each month.

for as long as i've been living in tulsa within two different eras, i don't recall there ever being…read morean outlets here (tulsa hills was the closest thing to it). this was a big deal to me for outlets finally coming here, especially always hearing about this happening in the near future, to being built, to officially being here. when it comes to tulsa and something brand new, i tend to wait some time before i check it out. for the first visit, we went during the week & it wasn't bad at all as far as it being packed. you have the usuals here: nike, adidas, journey's, crocs, etc (my go-to spots when it comes to outlets). i shop here strictly for shoes & i will say they have a very good adidas store. i tend to cap off my visits with getting something from tea bear teahouse (i've been there a handful of times). i'm glad there's an area i can finally shop at without having to wait to see when's the next time i'll be able to in okc (which is what i originally did before this one took place).

No food court but it has a restaurant (Los Cabos) and a few other places to eat. The directory is a great place to find current sales and events. When I was there, J Crew Factory was having the big sale. However, price was the same as online. I was hoping to find cheaper deals in store. Workers inside outlet mall were nice. They were helpful and willing to check their inventories to look for the right fit. It was a good first visit. With more stores available with its opening, I no longer have to drive elsewhere to pick up online orders to avoid the shipping fees. J crew factory is one of the stores for me.

You have to really watch the checkout staff. They charge you for multiple items when you only have…read moreone on the belt. They are rough on flower bouquets. I have had multiple stems broken at checkout when they were not damaged before handing them to the staff. Tonight they only gave me a partial receipt. 71 out of 99 line items and the remainder were left off. When I called customer service, the only answer was to come back and get another receipt. I talked to the store manager, Lizzy, and was told I was being rude and shouting! I had her on my speaker so I could adjust the volume so I could hear her. I was not shouting. I am 73 years old, handicapped, hard of hearing, and living on a fixed income! I cannot afford to be driving around back and forth to this store wasting my expensive gas because the checker messed up my receipt. She should have looked at it and realized it was not complete! If anyone was not being understanding it was the manager! She needs to be coached to be a better listener and to respond with empathy! Very bad customer service for sure! Neither customer service nor the manager even bothered to apologize for the inconvenience of their error!
