Meagan if you notice, i got no email from you after 5/4/23. Also, you never specified how you would send the invoice. If it's venmo, zelle, cashapp, or any online orders, my yahoo account gets the invoice. As far as paypal, my hotmail gets the invoice. So if you want payment, you should probably double check how people can get their invoices and if their invoice via "paypal" can be received with that email address. Also, nothing in the email shows that you mentioned about a down payment to secure a spot. You just fell off the conversation after 5/4 and then after I reached out to you on 5/14 you stated "address and session details are given after payment has been received." Even after I secured my session, you still didn't go over any "details" or "location" like you said until I reached out again on 5/19. 2. If you are off on weekends and accommodated for a client I don't think that is something to blame the client for. That's unprofessional and poor customer service. 3. If you can communicate better there would be less of a misunderstanding. I wrote this review because I don't want someone else to fall into some trap like this and you try to justify yourself with passive aggressiveness. Again, unprofessional. . Not once have you reached out to try to fix a simple miscommunication/misunderstanding. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. 4. Based on your response, it doesn't sound like you are denying that you did a poor job with our photoshoot. And when we arrived, you acted surprised that it would do a shoot with my family and my 6 month old. Again, if you go back to 5/1 in the email clearly mentioned for a family and baby shoot. Definitely not the easiest situation for any photographer. He did a beautiful job in a very short amount of time, a three hour cruise. He got all the standard wedding photos of the ceremony, and posed shots of the wedding party and friends. He then continued to shoot candid photos that were spectacular. At one point he noticed that the boat was passing under the Coronado Bay Bridge and hustled my bride and I up on deck for yet another once in a lifetime shot. Would I recommend Resolution Photography? Absolutely. At the time he was one of the most sought after wedding photographers in San Diego and in the past 9 years I'm sure he has gotten even better, if that's possible. I haven't had contact with Sean since he did our wedding, but I believe that credit should be given where due. Sean was all set up when we arrived on the boat, worked his butt off the whole time, and got the finished product to us in short order at a fair price. What more can I say except that he was a joy to work with and he got the best out of everyone he photographed!

It is super easy to reserve the services you want via their website. All you need is to choose the package of your choice and provide the date of your event. They have open-air booths as well as 360 booths and different hour packages. The owner, Darryn, was super prompt and responsive. Once they got a better sense of our event, they made suggestions as to what would work best. They have different backdrops for selection. Among the perks included in packages are unlimited 2x6 prints (other places usually charge extra fee), props, custom design template, link to all pictures, and of course setup and take down. They have been around since 2016, so their business practices are strong and it's all very smooth. Setup/Take down was super quick. It is approximately a 3 hour drive from our home to Autumn's in home studio in Bixby, OK. Autumn has driven to our home town on 2 occasions to do photo shoots of our little one to make things easier on our child, our schedules & to be able to capture some locations that are dear to our family. Her willingness to work with our needs coupled with her creative ideas & her eclectic artistic sensibilities makes the cost of her services and products worth it. During our last session with Autumn, my mother, daughter & I traveled to Tulsa & spent several hours on Friday evening discussing what I had in mind for our shoot that was scheduled to take place the next day. This was in addition to the multiple communications & inspiration photos that had been exchanged between Autumn & I leading up to our meeting. We arrived to her home studio on Saturday around noon and she worked with us well into the night. I know from my experience with her that our shoot was much longer than typical - we did 4 different sets and at least that many costume changes plus a nap and dinner. However - I also know that Autumn does whatever she can to ensure that her clients are pleased and have pictures that really capture special moments. I didn't know it until I started having Autumn photograph my child, but she does more than take pictures of kids - she does family pics, engagement pics, dog pics, senior pics, etc. Some tips: To get to her studio you turn down a small road leading to the Bemo Indian Church & once you past the church just keep going to house behind the church & that's her home studio. Book early because her calendar fills up quickly - especially around holidays & on weekends. Be open to her suggestions even if it's not what you had in mind.
