And even so, every time I walk in, I have to grab someone instead of being greeted, etc. Additionally everything at Crimson Valley is generally overpriced and under par when it comes to quality of product sold. Their wait times are slow when compared to other local pharmacies. This is not to mention the issues we've faced with validating pre-authorization from doctors and latency with the pharmacy receiving doctors messages. At this point I will not recommend Crimson Valley to anyone, nor will I be refilling my prescriptions here again, instead electing for literally any other local pharmacy.

The location is…read morephenomenal, the service is impeccable, the prices are crazy good, and again... the customer service is truly outstanding. Upon walking in the door, the workers greet me by NAME! What??!!! It blows me away every time. You're in the door and out the door with filled prescriptions in about 1 minute (longest I've ever had to wait is 5 minutes TOPS). They will even run your prescription out to your car if you call them when you get there, or they will deliver to your home or office. Shauna, Darcy and Chantal (sorry if any of the spellings are incorrect) are amazing. If I could give 50 stars instead of 5, I would. Once you try this pharmacy, I can guarantee that you'll be sold on it and leave the big box chain pharmacies permanently.

As an 82-year-old who has been married for 61 years and is blessed with seven children, twenty-one…read moregrandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren, and one who has dealt with a number of pharmacies over the years, Fusion Pharmacy, is the finest I have worked with for a number of reasons. First and foremost is the caliber of its pharmacist and his staff. Isaac Nay is the most professional, patient, understanding, and competent pharmacist I have ever known. His knowledge and commitment to excellence permeates the entire organization. With Kathleen, or "Kat" as his exceptionally capable right-hand person, they provide a level of personal care and professionalism that cannot be equaled. In 2017, my wife and I moved from Las Vegas after thirty years to St. George. Upon our arrival, we tried both Walgreens and Smith's, but neither was able to meet all the needs we faced as an aging senior couple. As we searched for another pharmacy, Fusion Pharmacy was recommended to us. Since that time--including throughout the difficult COVID-19 period--Isaac, Kat, and the other outstanding employees and trainees have done everything possible to ensure that our prescription needs were met. Their care has included taking the time to meet with us for personal consultations and always being available to answer our questions. In my opinion--and I speak for my wife, Cheryle, as well--Fusion Pharmacy is the finest pharmacy in Southern Utah. Richard B. Whitaker Sun River, St. George, Utah

First experience with Fusion Pharmacy in Santa Clara, Utah, and definitely my last. While on…read morevacation, I ran out of my compound prescription. I contacted my Dr. to have it refilled at a local compounding pharmacy in the St. George area. My Dr. called me back and let me know the prescription had been called in to Fusion and they would be reaching out to me. Never happened! I called Fusion the following day after not hearing anything. I was told they did get the prescription, but hadn't done anything with it as they were waiting for me to call them? I'm now two days without my prescription and they tell me it will be another day to prepare it since I didn't call before? The price, . . . over two times what I pay at my regular compound pharmacy, ($135.00 vs $61.00) for the same 30 gm amount. Fusion did finally text me today (third day), at 4:46 pm, to let me know it was ready to pick up. They close at 5:30 pm! I had to change my immediate vacation plan in order to rush across town in order to pick it up before they closed. Got in the door at 5:35 (thankfully they were still open or I would have had to wait another day). Lack of patient communication, grossly overpriced. I'm glad I won't have to use this pharmacy in the future. Terrible experience!
