After going back and forth with this guy for about 5 minutes this moron actually had the gall to tell me that I had failed myself and I was never allowed back to their lab again. My response: Why the hell would I want to come back to your office when you're handing out false positives and then telling your clients that they are failures and that we failed ourselves?! I STRONGLY recommend asking your employer what lab they are sending you to for your pre-employment drug screening and ask for a different location if this is the place they intend to send you to. If you have no choice but this location you will pretty much be dealing with a bunch of dirt bags that will take pleasure in degrading you as a human being when you call to contest their fraudulent testing at this specific location. From the time I drove into the parking lot until I drove out of the parking lot, I was comfortable, greeted with friendly knowledgeable care, the environment is super clean, the staff is so patient, caring, and Family oriented. They made sure that I was comfortable in the setting, that all of my needs were taken care of, and then I felt sure about the diagnosis and where to go from there.
