She contacted the manager who himself goes to look at the prices too (to see if I was lying) . The policy should be if the store is wrong they should give the item for free. It took a lot of my time to get it fixed and refunded the wrong price. This not only happened in Rochelle, but also Springfield, Illinois.

I got my dad to get work done as well just and oil change and a fuel injector cleaner job but he said he felt a difference right away. Matt the automotive manager came out personally as he was training someone on all kinds of procedures, did a battery acid leak test, and it showed up that it was leaking battery acid. He sprayed it on and it worked. We changed the battery and I'm good for now. That saved me a second tow $$$ time and not knowing what to do so thank you.

When talking to the manager I was told that they always have problems with me and included their oversight as my fault. After being told that the manager doesn't have "the time to talk to me on a Monday morning" I was refused medication refill regardless of my physician's directions to the pharmacist. If you want to have a battle every time your medication needs filled then by all means choose Schott's pharmacy. Being told as a patient that a manager or pharmacist doesn't have the time or patience to have a conversation regarding your prescription and healthcare needs is how Schott's pharmacy staff has chosen to operate their business. I hope that people who require medications will not be treated as I have been today.
