The pharmacists are nice but there is one older woman working there who is uber pushy. She always wants to put you on an automatic refill program. I told her I would call when I need refills. She put me an the automatic program anyway and started calling me to pick up my prescription. When I finally went in, she literally b****ed me out for not picking up my prescription at 30 days. She went on about how important it is to take my medicine as prescribed. I told her that she doesn't know how my doctor told me to take it and when not to take it. He was very explicit with his directions. Who does she think she is? I'm transferring my prescriptions to HomeTown. That woman does not respect customers. She only cares about money. How does Trigs expect to keep customers with her working there?

She got the second one wrong even after I corrected her twice! Then the tech just hung up the phone. I called back to ensure the refills went through and luckily got someone else on the phone. She confirmed both went through. When I went to pick up my medication, one was wrong, and the other still needed to be faxed in to the doctor. All around rude staff and incompetent.

Upon arrival, incorrect medications were filled and we were told to come back (after a long drive into town to get the medications) in an hour. Upon arriving back an hour later, the cashier snapped at us at she would be shutting down after the customer in front of us for lunch. We are completely understanding that everyone deserves a break, however, when telling us to come back an hour prior, a shut down of 1:30 would have been great to have mentioned. We finally convinced her to help us quickly before lunch and received a short, rude attitude and a partial-fill, with no insight as to how to receive the remainder of the medication. Horrible customer service, under-trained and all-around need for improvement. Do not recommend this pharmacy.
