The receptionists are all very friendly and welcoming -- they are so fun to chat with! I've never had an issue with my care or with insurance, and I've been coming here off and on since 2018. I received physical therapy at the tomahawk facility. The physical therapists were absolutely great and I was making tremendous strides after a shoulder replacement up until I was told there was a problem with my insurance. I was told my insurance had been terminated then a couple days later they said it had lapsed. Neither which was true. I was not allowed to see the therapist unless I paid for each and every appointment. This went on for 2 weeks while I brought in documentation and proof I was covered. I stated several times that the person doing the billing was maybe not entering in the right information. I was told that was not correct and that my subscriber must be the culprit. Low and behold they were entering information incorrectly the whole time. They of course got paid by my insurance the same day they resubmitted it. To add insult to injury I just received a bill for over $800 that the insurance already paid. I am no longer a patient unfortunately for me. If the office won't or can't advocate for their patients and do their job correctly why go there? My progress was halted for almost 3 weeks dealing with this. Service matters! read more
