It would be so nice to have a drop off Lane so you don't have to wait 20 minutes behind 2 vehicles that I am sure were asked to drive around but won't and I don't blame them as I have done this and ended up behind a couple more people and waited way too long as my stuff was going to take 5 minutes and I was such behind someone that made me wait 15 minutes behind them. I would just go in but it's super inconvenient with 4 kids. The pharmacist even recognizes me and calls me by name when I am only picking to my son's meds. Very nice guy!

I will not use the ups ground drop off anymore. I went in and a Hispanic girl couldn't get the ups…read morescanner to work. I started taking g the tape off and then tells me that if she couldn't get it to scan I'd have to get a different label. I told her that's not what I was told. She paged her manager up front and she scanned it and rushed me in retaping my package, the manager was rushing me to get it taped back up, so I told her to add tape and she grabs my package and says, " nope we don't do anything with it, we are not allowed". This was once a great place with great customer service, but no more! I've noticed in the past 6…read moremonths how this store has consistently failed to deliver the product as in years past. Today was the last straw. Drove up to the drive-thru to pick up prescriptions. I was the only one in line. At the window I saw workers moving about but no one addressed me, in other words a simple "we're busy but will be with you shorty", etc... I pressed the call button several different times over the course of 20 minutes. Finally a lady come to the window, pick up the phone and leaves. I press the call button again. A man comes to the window, holds his hand up to his ear as if he's talking on the phone, shrugs his shoulders and walks off. I'm throughly confused. I press the call button again, the same man returns, mimics talking on his hand phone. So I motion that I don't know what he wants me to do. He finally gets a ballpoint pen and writes a note, holds it to the window as if I could actually see this fine print. Again i motion that I don't understand. He opens the draw and sends the message out to me, saying the phones are down. Well I'm no genius but if I'm working in a customer service area of a business like Walgreens and the phones suddenly stop working, I'd write a note on a piece of paper, in bold enough print that could easily be seen by customers in the drive-thru, or I'd have that small note ready to pass through the drawer. Altogether I was 25 minutes picking up prescriptions and I was the only one in line. Unbelievable! Unacceptable! Needless to say, I'll be I'll be switching pharmacies...

No incentive to work for WALMART - not a 15% or 10% discount for you doing their work - just keep your head down and hurry up as there is someone behind you waiting to check their OWN purchases, bag them and carry them to the car... How to affect change? Shop at Target (until they do it) and shop at your local hardware stores and grocery stores. Walmart I do not work for you!!!
