I really enjoy shopping in the Garden Center and Hardware/Home sections, too. This store has a lot of home repair and finishing items as there is not really a hardware store (Lowe's) in town. Holiday section is smaller than most but it still has plenty to choose from. There is a Pharmacy and Bakery in this store, too. This store may not have the exact brand you are looking for but there is always an Equate version. Definitely worth the drive because I never leave stressed out!

It is well staffed compared to other local pharmacies. They seem well stocked and I do not see empty places on their shelves. However, my experience here has been less than desirable. When doses of compounded drugs were questioned, they became uncooperative and seemed like they no longer wanted our orders. I am currently not sure the outcome of this particular visit. The others have been less than promising.

There is lack of communications between Nurses, Therapist, Social Workers and administration. Very difficult to get in touch with staff, would not return calls and nursing staff had voicemail, but did not have a code to receive the messages. When registering my mother, was told of her food allergy to fish; and they served her fish 3 days later. Tried calling and could not get a person, so emailed with no answer. Upon leaving set up home health for the Medical Power of Attorney's address instead of the resident's address. Her PCP called and requested to bring her discharge papers to her Post release visit; because it was hard to get discharge papers from them or get someone to answer the phone. Very clean facility.

The people in their care are severely disabled and completely reliant on the caregivers. Most of them are completely non-verbal. Some can say a few words. Those who work there so obviously adore their patients/clients, and love what they do. The grounds are gorgeous, and they have plans for renovating the facility. There is currently construction underway and they are excited about being able to offer even more to those in their care. The way that they treat the people in their care is so reflective of an acknowledgement of their human dignity. Everyone has heard horror stories about institutions that care for people who are unable to care for themselves. This place is on the opposite extreme, and it's such a noble cause. They are looking for volunteers and they have a wishlist of items on their website for those who want to help a charity that is having a tangible impact on people's lives.

No one likes going to the doctor, but the atmosphere here is extremely welcoming so you are put at ease. I have been coming to Dr. Sonja Makitan for the past three years and she is wonderful. She knows her stuff, listens to you, and is very good at explaining what is going on and what you need to do in simple terms. She is very thorough and cares about her patients. I have dry eye disease and her suggested care regime has absolutely been helping. Most importantly, she is reasonable and knows we are all not likely to do everything we are supposed to. She always says "progress not perfection." I truly appreciate this type of bedside manner and it makes me want to be proactive in my eye care.

I would never recommend ANYONE put their family member here. When visiting this facility I noticed…read moremold growing in toilet bathrooms, sinks with dirt in them, no visible trashcans, dirt all over the floor, roaches crawling everywhere, mice, etc. I also noticed that the floors looked like they hadn't been moped or swept in ages. I noted that staff were not wearing gloves when assisting patients, they were rude, and not caring. Many of the staff were behind the care base not paying any attention to the residents or they were outside on the patio area smoking. Upper management was also rude and unwilling to talk. Call lights did not work, handrails were sticking and had trash all behind them, and some cats were allowed inside of the building after being outside cats, they were crawling all over everything. This place was not up to par, I don't understand how anyone could let their family live here. Not enough staff to run this building much less take care of the amount of residents they had.

They were kind, patient, thorough, and genuinely listened to my concerns. They made every visit much more comfortable, and I truly appreciated the care they provided. Unfortunately, my experience with the dentist was very different. After having fillings done, I continued to have sensitivity and a rough feeling on one of my back teeth for months. I repeatedly brought up my concerns and was told everything looked fine. I even paid to have one of the fillings repaired because I was still having problems. After seeing a different dentist, I found out the roughness was actually caused by a chip in the tooth next to the filling that occurred during the original procedure. I will now have to have both fillings redone to correct the problem. I wish my concerns had been taken seriously instead of being dismissed. I was also disappointed with the front desk experience. The receptionist was not welcoming or particularly kind, which added to an already frustrating situation. I am grateful for the hygienist because they were excellent, but because of the dental treatment and how my concerns were handled, I cannot recommend this office.
