She told me she would make sure I had all my medications when I need them. She has gone above and beyond to do just that, and more. When one of my medications is unavailable at the manufacturer, Noura calls me ahead to come up with a plan. She has been able to fill prescriptions that were supposedly only available through other pharmacies. While no line…read moreI stood at the counter as the pharmacist didn't acknowledge me as she's on the computer then gets on the phone for a brief moment, hangs up and still doesn't say a peep to me. Shortly after the tech appears from the rear to assist me. During this she asks for my insurance card and after processing goes to ask if I want to wait for it to be filled which would be two hours. My issue is, the script was sent two days prior and if they needed insurance information a phone call should face been made which has happened in the past. I can see why Rite Aid is slowly going out of business as the customer service isn't as it once been.
