It's insane. Half the time they will not fill or listen to your msg. It's a total crapshoot. If you show up in the pharmacy line they will be pissed due to having to "log in" to work for the day....!! Fortunately for me mine is not for pain so I can skip a dose on the first day of each new month (or take that dose late), but this is not acceptable for many ppl so pls. keep in mind. I've used this same location, for the exact same controlled med, from the exact same Dr (even with CareMark rx "insurance"), and cannot get my script filled in time on the day after I'm flat down to zero -- (and that's a good day) In other words, miss or take late, the first dose each month because this POS place can't figure this crap out. This place is insane and should not be used. From blaming my doctor to blaming me, all on things that neither of us control. The CVS system is completely broken yet, they can't admit it or do anything about it. Notifications never work correctly. Prescriptions filled incorrectly. Pharmacist should be fired due to their rude, disrespectful attitude not only to customers but to fellow employees. Pay extra for ScriptSync but the system kept messing it up and making it back out of sync. Medication packaged in a ziplock bag instead of a child safe bottle. Employees make up times and stories to make mistakes appear correct. Prepay works only when it wants to. My payment methods somehow disappear out of their system yet reappear at random times. Payment method card details update mysteriously all on their own. My contact info changes without notice. Being opted into being solicited even though I've disabled all of it, opted out of it, and even had many CVS employees disable it entirely. They incorrectly fill prescriptions which forces me to have to pay more, yet they never correct it. They blame the doctor when they fill a 90-day prescription as a 30-day and then charge me for a 90-day, and then beat me up because it was supposed to be a 90-day fill (ALL CVS's fault). Even though I was overcharged I've never received the credit (that would show proof of mistake). Prescription fill quantity doesn't match the actual refill quantity. CVS refuses to correct the issue which forced me to keep up with the refill count and contact my doctor in advance in order to have a wellness visit to obtain a new prescription. When CVS was asked about the problem and the correct quantity, I was ignored for a year, and then finally was told I had no more refills after the last fill. According to my calculations I should have had 2 fills left. This left me without medication for 2 months due to trying to get a doctor's appointment at the last minute. CVS refused to transfer prescriptions to another pharmacy forcing me to contact my doctor to have them write a new prescription for a totally different pharmacy.
