I walked in no one greeted, I kept looking for items and it clearly looked like I was struggling, no one offered help, I came to checkout but at the other end 2 employees were having chitchat and there was no sense of urgency to help. The employee walked slowly took the items told me the amount, no hello, no hi, or did you find everything you were looking for, and then thank you for shopping.

When we started using the Urbandale MediCap Pharmacy. Immediately we noticed a huge difference in the more personalized service from the staff at MediCap. They have all of the same medications, personal healthcare items, and immunizations that one would find elsewhere. Pricing is similar too and they accept all the same insurance payments. I have been purchasing a medication for over a year, having to refill it every few months. The previous time I ordered the medication, I complained about the injector because of the med being wasted, and I was told that they are having problems with the syringe and are looking for a new one. This last time, I must have lost half of the medication because it just POURED out when I went to use it. It's expensive! The employees at NuCara are pleasant to speak with, but nothing changes and I just keep spending more and more money refilling the prescription with them. They should correct the issue or make financial compensation to the patient.

She unpolitely enformed me that she could in fact hear every word of my conversation and when I assured her it wasn't private and didn't bother me if she heard what I was saying, she was quick to make sure I knew that it bothered her. After being thoroughly humilated I immediately put down my item and walked out, feeling as though I could not give them my services after the way she had spoken to me.
