They could make recommendations for common ailments and have a supply of products to assist. Terrace Apothecary is truly reminiscent of that point in time. They're not random schmos at your local Walgreens scowling at you when you ask for a recommendation on OTC medicine for migraines or noxious foot order or whatever is currently plaguing you. The staff does not change from week to week or even month to month. Mark has been around for a long time and both him and his staff are genuinely knowledgeable, courteous and are much more favorable to deal with over "pharmacy assistants" at local chain drugstores. They also can often fill your prescription while you wait, leaving you time to browse their vast selection of Chapstick and vitamins and whatnot. The only downside is that they don't accept digital scripts. D'oh.

I have been a customer of Walmart Pharmacy at this location for 6 years and I have only good…read morethings to say about it.. Any perscription that was called in was completed within "1" hour no matter if I had 1 or 5 to fill.. You get an automated call which informs you your perscription is ready..tells you address and how long they will keep it available..If you forget to pick up you receive another automated call in a few days to remind you....They also inform you of how many are filled and the cost. Down the road you will also get a call reminding you if you need to put in for a another refill. Unfortunately due to my Health Insurance changing and my drug plan,I had to go to another Pharmacy ( which I am already disatisfied with) which I wasn't happy about. The new pharmacy store doesnt come close to the details of Walmarts system.

After speaking with the owner Mike this morning, the situation has been sorted out. He treated both my father and I respectfully, explained why and what happened, and rectified the issue. Thanks Mike! Not sure what's going on over there tonight. I was a customer for over 9 years. I received my prescription and it was short by 6. I was with my father and noticed the box was not sealed before we left the parking lot. We immediately went back in to explain and was not only belittled but yelled at about how we were at fault, somehow trying to get over on them by receiving 6 extra, and that I had only been a client for a year? As if that was somehow applicable to the short prescription issue. Like I said, I've been going to Town Drug for almost a decade with little issue and even have proof of this through old prescriptions. Yet, instead of trying to fix the situation amicably, the pharmacist became belligerent and dismissive. The owner Mike has rectified the situation.

On the way out of the parking lot, we stopped to make sure it was complete and of course about $60 worth of cold cuts and cheeses were missing. This was supposed to be our lunch. We called the store and were told that they would find our cold cuts and run them out to us. After a 20 minute wait in the parking lot, my wife finally went in the store to find out what happened. She was told our meat order went back to the deli and that it has to be done from the start again. And they all were complaining to the boss that it was Brianna that did it. We were told that We could go home and they would call us to come back and pick up the cold cuts which was not appealing to us. No apology no offer to deliver, our meat, just excuses that this happens sometimes when they're busy. We suck when we're busy, is not a good motto to have. Do not use the service with the store.
