They wait until after you arrive to fill a prescription (even when it's called in days in advanced) which has made me late for work multiple times (waiting over 30 min). When I order it to have it delivered, I don't get my prescription, and I don't receive anything telling me it's late or not coming, it's like I'm just overlooked. I've brought this to their attention and nothing. No apology and no acknowledgement. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere which is sad being this is the only pharmacy near me.

The parking lot was packed, the checkout lines were long, and it definitely felt like one of the more crowded Costco stores I've visited. I believe there's another location farther north, and if there were a few more throughout the city, it would probably help spread out the crowds. Even with the hustle and bustle, what stood out the most was something I've always loved about Oklahoma City--the people. I'm originally from Oklahoma City, and that genuine Oklahoma charm never gets old. Even while standing in long lines during the summer heat, people were chatting, laughing, and striking up conversations with complete strangers. It's one of those little things that makes waiting feel much shorter. The staff were equally welcoming. From the employees greeting customers at the entrance to the cashiers at checkout, everyone was friendly and engaging. Don't be surprised if they crack a joke or comment on something in your cart that they recommend that kind of personal interaction is refreshing and something I always appreciate. Like most Costco locations, they had plenty of sample stations set up throughout the warehouse, giving shoppers the chance to try products before buying. That's always one of my favorite parts of the Costco experience! Would I recommend this Costco? Absolutely again and again. Just do yourself a favor and, if possible, avoid peak shopping hours or weekends unless you don't mind the crowds. You'll probably have a much more relaxed experience. Come on Cesar, do ya'll even interview these people? The guy with the last name "BONE-R" in the tire shop ALWAYS acts like needs a good whoopin'. I've even seen the employees honking at CUSTOMERS at closing and peel out. Who tf is hiring these animals?? The customers flood the store and can't figure out you must make 3 INDIVIDUAL LINES FOR SELF CHECKOUT!! But apparently thinking and basic problem solving skills are too much to ask for. DEFINITELY all the outsiders moving here from out of state. Ruining this beautiful state. So the warehouse has a BAD overcrowding issue and overall a bad experience. And not to mention the smell... Eugh. Iykyk. Sure I got executive but holy cow this store is so far from me it's not worth it. I got shi I gotta do. They really need to open another store north of this one to serve their customers who live about 45 mins out but nah Edmond area would rather give you another Panda Express or whattaburger. Great guys we totally want another quick lube and fast food joints that already got 20 locations within 10 miles of each other. Back on topic. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE PRODUCE?!! Rotten, fly infested, and disgusting produce. It's shameful and really diminishes Costco's quality centered reputation. So many times I've seen many bags of fishy smelling rotten potatoes or onions. What is going on here? The store is always a mess, there's always something wrong. One of the WORST Costco's I've ever been to and it's a shame it's the only one "kinda" near me. After being a Costco customer for over a decade I think it's time to give them up. Not worth it anymore. Especially with the whole shrinkflation BS. Not worth it. Sam's isn't any better either lol
