The east side has had the same pharmacist for a number of years, which is important to me. He knows me by name, knows my prescriptions, advises me, and helps me get the best deal on medicine, offering rebates, generics, or coupons when possible. I can't say the same about the big brand pharmacies. I never wait in long lines there! It's a great, locally owned, progressive pharmacy.

Also changed primary physician on line and in person but they continued to contact my previous physician for refills. I had to wait up to 20 minutes in line for pickup at drive thru.
