Oh, but wait, let us give you the information for the indigent people clinic (hello, I have insurance BCBS) but it won't be open until Monday. And if you want two day supply so you can find your own doctor? Oh no, we hold the power, leave the "blessed " halls of the great Deaconess of Oz. Our provider doesn't want to help you.

But they didn't set the surgery until she jumped through 2 useless doctor visits because of a blip on ekg. Had to take her in for 5 min consultation with nurse telling us she would have to see cardiologist. It's painful for her to move. This and another follow up with cardiologist who took 3 mins saying all was good could have been done on phone. Now, after scheduling surgery 5 weeks out they want her to come in next week to discuss follow up care. Couldn't this have been addressed today. I feel they are pumping and billing Medicare for unnecessary visits at the time, expense and pain of their patients. I'd like to know why her surgery was not scheduled 6 weeks ago when they told us she needed it. I will be calling deaconess tomorrow to see about other option. So for a hour and 20 minutes I was sitting there watching every patient go in but me because the receptionist forgot to click me back. This was at the Niceville office for Dr. Thackery. It was very very unprofessional and a waste of my time and for me to sit in pain. The receptionist was callus and rude.

We tried a doctor office in McLean county but was turned away because we are from out of town. Springs took us, no appointment, without a problem. They charged us $20.00 to get his stitches out, didn't even worry about charging our insurance! We waited maybe 10 minutes to go back. We were in there maybe another five minutes when in walks the doctor. He actually apologized to us for having to wait! The process was so super simple and painless. Where we live, the wait is an hour and the doctors are snobby. I would whole heartedly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Krystal was very knowledgeable and when I explained my medical history of asthma she knew exactly what happens with me and how everything goes straight to my chest. The exam was thorough but quick. She prescribed me exactly what I needed and transmitted the scripts over to CVS right across the street. I was in/out and home with my scripts in under an hour (CVS was the longer wait) Recently changed jobs and didn't have my new insurance card so I had to self pay; the office visit cost was less than expected and very reasonable. All and all it was a good experience and I would definitely use Gateway again and recommend them to others.

I just had to take my almost two year old son here after cutting his finger, on what I'm still not…read moresure of, & it would not quit bleeding. Convenient care is convenient, I suppose, in all things but the wait time. Then again, I'm pretty sure I've waited longer at the emergency room. We waited an hour before we were finally called back to a room, there we saw a nurse and waited another thirty minutes for a doctor to come back. Once she did there was a lot of poking and prodding of my son's finger, which I am just going to assume was medically necessary, before she decided he needed stitches. We waited another 10-15 minutes to be moved to another room where they gave him a shot to numb his finger and he then received three stitches. I wasn't sure if they could give stitches at convenient care but I was pleasantly surprised that they did & we were not just redirected to the hospital. Everyone we came in contact with from reception, to nurses, to the doctor were all very nice & friendly. If the need arose for convenient care again, which I'm sure it will with a clumsy child on my hands, I would gladly come back to this location for any services needed for my family or myself. The only problem I had was the wait time, which is pretty common from most places like these, but if they could shorten those wait times, that would be great!
