Convenient care is convenient, I suppose, in all things but the wait time. Then again, I'm pretty sure I've waited longer at the emergency room. We waited an hour before we were finally called back to a room, there we saw a nurse and waited another thirty minutes for a doctor to come back. Once she did there was a lot of poking and prodding of my son's finger, which I am just going to assume was medically necessary, before she decided he needed stitches. We waited another 10-15 minutes to be moved to another room where they gave him a shot to numb his finger and he then received three stitches. I wasn't sure if they could give stitches at convenient care but I was pleasantly surprised that they did & we were not just redirected to the hospital. Everyone we came in contact with from reception, to nurses, to the doctor were all very nice & friendly. If the need arose for convenient care again, which I'm sure it will with a clumsy child on my hands, I would gladly come back to this location for any services needed for my family or myself. The only problem I had was the wait time, which is pretty common from most places like these, but if they could shorten those wait times, that would be great!

I will say the first and most important reason that I myseof pick this location everytime that one of us needs to be seen would be because of the staff! Marcy Mabry, APRN, (which is the clinic Director at the Henderson clinic) is so sweet, patient, and very attentive when it comes to her patients she is seeing. She is quick and amazing everytime we are there, but she is also very thorough when it comes to the examination, diagnosing, and the overall attention she gives to hearing all your concerns as a patient. (Quick isn't always a bad thing and she has proven that to me as a parent more than once). She has even just recently caught my son's low oxygen levels due to a pneumonia diagnosis she had come to the conclusion of, and she was sure to schedule us a follow up for him in just a few days from then so that she could ensure that his oxygen levels had safely came back up after some medication and rest. She is always on point in all the times I've had to come there with my children or myself! Also the ALL staff! Everyone there from the most kindest front desk secretary ever, to everyone that is apart of the Nurse staff there are just so kind, understanding, yet gentle when necessary. And of course Mabry! They are all always so friendly and consistent! They have always made our experiences easy, comfortable, and smooth. I want to add that the building itself inside is also always clean and tidy everytime I've been in there. You couldn't ever tell sick people have been in and out of there at all all day long everytime I've been there. The check in process has also evolved as well, and it is super easy these days! We absolutely adore them all there and they are always our go too when we aren't being seen by our family doctor's or specialists and need someone to count on!!!‍

She is always smiling and in a good mood so helpful and the young lady that took my vitals name Madison very professional for such a young lady and of course I saw Dr. Amy again and cannot say enough good things about her and this place I recommend it to anyone who had the urge to go sit down at an ER for simple things like colds and flu. They helped me with UTI symptoms symptoms I was in and out of there in 15 minutes! And every time I go in, it is immaculate. They work at keeping everything clean. I just hope they're higher up. My son needed immediate care and I could not wait until Monday to see his primary pediatrician. Plus, we are new to this area and this clinic was very close to the hotel we're staying for the week! From walking in, checking in to seeing the nurse and doc and walking out after seeing the doctor, the whole experience was top notch! I felt like they cared for my son (& addressed all of my concerns). Fast forward to yesterday and today, I did not hesitate to take him back here for an injury to his finger and fever. In a pinch, you can make an appointment and check in online. Then, when ready, you get a text to go inside and avoid waiting in the waiting area. I did walk in and sit to wait to get him, but it was not long at all. Maybe 5 minutes, then into the triage room, and another 5-10 minutes in the exam room to see the doctor. Great bedside manner and excellent with young kiddos! I must give a shout out to Ms. Dixon, PA, PA-C for her candid responses to my intrusive questioning. Haha. Also, thanks to Dr. Spencer for also being gentle with my little guy. He confirmed an ear infection ... how often does an ear infection have to occur for it to be "recurring" and "chronic"?! I forgot to ask the doctor because I was just so happy to get my little one diagnosed and start meds to heal the infection. Too bad they don't have primary Pediatricians at this location. It is a definite go-to clinic for our family.

We had COVID symptoms so I looked for a place to go. Found this Urgent Care on Yelp and called…read morethem. They said "walk ins only". Went the next morning at 9am, checked in, filled out brief questionnaire, waited about 10 minutes and was seen by nurse and doctor. We were in and out in an hour. Friendly staff and efficient. We had COVID and they sent a Rx down the road to a Walmart (we were on vacation from out of town) got our meds and were on our way.
