Frustrating to shop there. Twenty people waiting in line with full grocery carts at the cashier. One cashier working while 6 empty. I asked her to buzz another cashier She said, "we are short staffed". The amount of money they make, they need to hire cashiers and contribute to the community. Get rid of self checkouts. read more

As a resident of Keswick, I often shop at Walmart. My last 3 visits there were not the best. I buy formula from Walmart and I have coupons, well every time I went to use them there was an issue. The first time I handed the coupon to the cashier, Bonnie her name was, she rolled her eyes at me, I asked if there was an issue, she said no, she had no clue how to use the coupon and ended up voiding my order, she had to call the manager over, she then had to re-scan all my items and she used the coupon successfully. The second and third time were both similar, the cashiers, did not know how to use the coupon for my order, so I ended up telling them not to worry about it, as there was a line up and I didn't want to be that person who holds up a line. But I am frustrated, I should be able to use a coupon. read more

Unusual but true. Here`s a Wal-Mart location that was welcomed to town. As a fairly long-time resident of the town of Keswick, I have always attempted to patronize local stores, but some purchases always necessitated a twenty to thirty minute drive out of town. Ever tried to get an ink cartridge for a printer or four, three-quarter inch binders in different colours (deemed essential to academic success by one of my kids' teachers) on a Sunday night? So, while politically I'm not a huge Wal-Mart fan, I can't help but be glad it's here. Somehow, though I find the store's atmosphere a little depressing. But that's me. I was raised on uber-shopping experiences, kind of got used to LA grocery store valet parking and sometimes literally pine for a grocery store like Wegmans... (retailers take note!) read more

I live in keswick from a long...very rude staff at that location..managers are very racist..wrong prices..they are following everyone like everyone theif over there.most of item not in stock..they should close this location or at least change the staff. read more

As someone who loves clothing/ shopping.. Most Wal-Marts that I have been to have a great selection and awesome pricing! This Walmart unfortunately does not. They're selection is slim too none. If you are looking for clothing for men and women, this is not the Walmart to go to! The store is always put together though! 1 star for that! read more

They are finally improving in having items in stock...it took a LONG time! I have never had any issues in returning items. Cashiers AND staff at the customer service have always been pleasant. Having a walmart in the area is very convenient. read more
