The customer service was very much lacking as the lady came out to talk to me but kept returning to the mobile phone call she was on. She could not give me a price on the labor and asked me to leave my name and number on a pad and someone would call me. I also had a clipping of my boxwood that seems to have a disease. I needed information as to what the disease was and how to treat it. She stated, "It's a fungus" and walked off, no further information was offered. It is now the end of the week and no call back. No need to call now, I have moved on.

Plants were limp and all the leave were brown and plants have died. Followed the instructions in the resolution emails and the plants did not improve. Have requested a refund with no response to that request. Surprised and disappointed customer and would not recommend to others.

It's a stunning masterpiece inside and out. They have tables and chairs, a menu full of pastries and some sandwiches, coffee, teas, & other drinks. You can hang out a bit, shop in their boutique the walk around outside at their beautiful garden of flowers and plants. We enjoyed our stop here, and everyone we came across was friendly and welcoming.

They don't allow flowers in ICU, so the Flower Cart put together a small bouquet of balloons attached to a stuffed animal. (My relative loves pigs and they actually had a stuffed pig!) They made great suggestions and my relative received the bouquet within two hours!!! I was shocked and thrilled. Also, the price was excellent! I plan to call and order flowers tomorrow now that she is out of ICU. I highly recommend the Flower Cart.
