My windows, which were installed in 2017, were part of that mess. It appears if the seals get even a microscopic hole in them, the window will get spotted up as though somebody spattered paint on them. What the heck? The windows came with a 20 Year warranty. Initially the company sent me two window panes. I hired somebody to install them at a cost of $275. Don't you know it a few months later another seal breaks. I once again contacted the company to bring it to their attention. it was during this phone call when I was informed of their misfortune of being unable to create the perfected product Independently. At their discretion, they agreed to send out a team to replace the balance of my window panes. In the process of doing so my special window tinting went out the door on the old window panes. (I have a medical eye condition which made it necessary for me cut back the glare entering my home). With that being said, I have incurred yet another expense of $620 to replace the window tint simply because Eastern Metal Supply Company attempted to cut corners on their expenses. I never heard back from Greg Weeks, Vice President. Our last discussion was on March 28, 2023 We spoke again today, April 18, he then promised a return call from him or another gentleman--I believe it was his partner. Instead, I receive a phone call from Robin. Guess Mr. Weeks is not a man of his word. I have dealt with Robin before. She said they will not be reimbursing me for the $895.00. She claims the added tinting voided the original warranty--which I never received to begin with. (But funny...she was willing to send me a copy today). This defective seal was the fault of "their" company and they are "all" well aware of that. If the windows would have been manufactured correctly to begin with, I can promise you I would not be wasting my time writing this review. Plus I would not have to replace my window tinting either. Sadly, I can't imagine how many other innocent customers have paid the consequences for this poor business decision.

I was NOT disappointed! It was like Oldtime Pottery and Michaels on steroids. It took me almost 90 minutes to browse everything. They have the most beautiful and unique dining tables and bedroom sets. I didn't know they even had furniture. I thought it was for just for smaller home decor. You can find something for any season or holiday you want to decorate for. It was hard not to buy everything I loved. I will be making a yearly trip just to visit here. He then said "oh because you Hispanics don't want to pay my price". To what I said "how dare you say that? How do you know what I am willing or not willing to pay? Because there are many merchants represented here, the pricing can be extraordinarily inexpensive in some stalls while a bit overpriced in others. But overall, the pricing is pretty fair. I love looking through each stall and finding little treasures you just can't find anywhere else. On this trip, I found what I was looking for - a milk glass pedestal bowl - but it was a little overpriced compared to the previous thrift shop I had seen it at, so I passed on it. But my favorite time to shop at the Mercantile is just before the holidays. They always have such lovely and unique gifts for my family and friends (and myself). The staff at the cash register are always so friendly and pleasant. And they make the experience even more delightful.

I love that each time you visit the store, you find new items. Once we turned on the lights in the hutch our glasses sparkle. The staff was friendly. And the delivery was timely.
