I noted the previous review were talked about the speed of the pumps. I also know that they are very slow, but by being slow, they didn't automatically kick off when I left it to auto fuel. I went inside to the restrooms, and I would note that the men's room was not particularly clean... It wasn't filthy, but it was probably a grade C Given that the Brand appears to be trying to separate itself from other brands and make a name for itself with the flashy images on the walls and the adventure theme... They probably need to work on the cleanliness aspect of things to help. Keep the theme going the way they wanted to or it's not gonna do any good. It's gonna be like all the other others that look kinda nice on the outside, but they're really nasty in the bathrooms.

We picked up 3 pies that were literally the biggest I've ever seen. Apple , Pecan & pumpkin and all wee under $20 for the lot . We grabbed a container of cookies as well for a smokin deal. They had some pretty decent prices on beef but we didn't grab any but I'll be keeping that in mind for the next trip. Restroom was super clean and there was some actual soap instead of the sanitizer that I've seen @ other locations. There happened to be a tow truck driver in the side of the road helping someone else and he was nice enough to help me. He said they DID NOT replace the bolts and there were only 2 there. So he zip tied it up and said to go back to Jiffy Lube. Which I did. They said there was no damage and that they fixed it and sent me on my way with a free oil change ( like I would EVER trust them again ). Cut to a month later when I'm getting my next oil change in a different location in a different state. The mechanic says" did you know you only had zip ties holding up your skid plate ?" Wtf?? I had driven 1500 miles on interstates.., if that skid plate had fallen again going 75. When I returned to my home state to help my mom I called this location and their manager BRITTANY promised to make it right and order a new skid plate ( this was 5 days ago and the very least they can do ) and they'd she call me today when the part came in. But when I called to check on the status ... Brittany said .. oh sorry my district manager sets we aren't responsible as it's notated here now ( which I know of wasn't in their before based on my conversation with a different jiffy lube a few days ago ) that there were bolts missing when you brought it in in the first place. Here is the kicker. Even if that WAS true ( which it isn't ) WHY didn't they tell me my car wasn't safe or replace the missing bolts ??? It's all bs. She also refused to give me the email or number of their district manager. Shady people. Do not recommend.

Not only were their services overpriced and not timely but I overheard the way the men who worked on my car spoke about my physical appearance and was absolutely appalled. By the time I finish eating, my car would be ready. Depending on the days, Jiffy Lube is not too busy. Most of the time, there are no customers which is great for me. They do a good job so far. However, an oil change at Jiffy Lube is much more expensive than at other places though.
