In case you don't remember which side is your gas tank. Look for the indicator on your gas gauge. There'll be an arrow that points either to the left or the right. (1.5) When entering the multiple lanes at the station remember this. "You will never pick the fastest lane. " (2). They have extra long hoses that reach your gas tank depending how you entered into the lane. Remember don't be that guy that (3). Make sure you have your Costco card. If you don't have it, you will not be able to pump the gas (4). Don't fiddle with your phone after gassing up and take up time for those behind yoyu unless you are checking in on Yelp.

The small buttons to the side of the screen were not working. I tried to select "Credit or Debit" and it would not work. First of all, I LOVE that Executive members can go from 9-10 am weekdays before the rush starts. Second, I never have to wait to get gas, as long as I'm willing to use the pump on the opposite side of my gas door. There was one member at the optical desk being helped by a female employee. I was fortunate enough to be helped by Sergey, a licensed optician (I didn't know that Costco employed opticians). He knew just what to do and took my bent frames with the lens popped out and put it all together to make my glasses as good as new. Thank you Sergey!!! Overall, I love my Costco, and in the nearly year and a half since we moved to Idaho, and a year or more after my last review, I have had very good experiences. One last example: the woman helping us to return some items later in the day (yes, I went to Costco twice in a day) was VERY nice.

Sometimes an item in Boise is not in Meridian or vice versa. The team at the Meridian is fanstatic, whethere it is the door checkers/scanners or the cashiers and even the pharmacy department. We are very thankful to have this location so close to us. Lastly, the newest intiative to grab hot dogs, pizzas and more is very problematic as they no longer call out numbers. The new initiative is to self check out and get in line. What the suits and ties didn't factor was how big that line would get with all the customer's carts. There is no 'parking lot' for the carts so the line to hand off the receipt to the food court person is simply unorganized and chaotic.

He asked why I was taking pictures in a combative tone and when I told him and asked if that was a problem he said, Yes, we can't have people in our store taking pictures of our merchandise".
