Sure, their job is to sell, but the goal should be customer retention. I find myself having to repeat information to them each time I need to pick up my medications. I'm told I have to pay full price, my insurance isn't covering... but after telling them the same thing I have to say each time; suddenly my total bill is less than $10.00 instead of hundreds of dollars.
