Worst experience. Waited close to an hour for someone to check me in for an online appointment for an oil change. Simple scan my code and take my keys. My fault for waiting as long as I did because after waiting for about an hour I walked out. Do not go to that location ever. Worth paying $20 more to go literally anywhere else. read more

The young guys that work there have no customer service skills. You have to greet people. Know there presence and at least say I'll be with you as soon as I can. went there 3 times for a stupid oil change and stood there with no acknowledgment at all. I won 2 businesses. I would reprimand my employees. if you don't like your job let someone else do it. back to doing my own oil change. read more

i bought tires online and a battery. They canceled my install appointment twice so after waiting three weeks I drove down to the store for the install, I was then told that my van which regularly gets oil changes and always gets lifted was too heavy for the Walmart lift. Then I tried to return the used battery core for a refund but since I bought online they declined to accept it. If I could leave a 0 for this location it would still be too generous. read more

Worst experience you could imagine. The auto center manager at the old bridge walmart was completely and totally unhelpful and acted like a total jerk when I brought my issue to him. I ordered tires after speaking with their employees. I called the day before to make sure they arrived and my install was OK and on schedule. I show up for the install and they let me know they won't be doing the install. Never once let me know about any issue. Complete and total waste of time and money. read more

Jeremy a very rude manager I was overcharged on my previous oil change during the summer instead of them giving me the difference in cash or credit I had to return to get the next oil change I was told they didn't have oil for my car. Seriously no oil. When I asked about getting the synthetic which was $10 more I was told that it wouldn't be good for my car. So I wasted a trip time and fuel without getting the oil change the manager acting like I was inconveniencing him. read more

I Brought 4 tires to get change at the tire shops, but suddenly while picking up my car, the tire technician didn't say or tell me anything they scratched my rear trunk car. I've waited for more nearly for 2hours they haven't start anything till 12PM. I will not go to this shop again. read more

Awful service. I purchased tires to be installed on my 2013 Nissan Maxima and arrived timely for the installation. After waiting 1 1/2 hours, James informed me the wheel lugs on my vehicle were "swollen" and he could not remove them to change the tires. This was a total lie as I was shown the removed wheel lug. I retrieved my vehicle and the uninstalled tires. The following morning I had the tires installed in 30 minutes at a local tire shop. I was shown 1 wheel lug was missing. I advised him the Walmart mechanic neglected to put it back on after it was removed. I then returned to Walmart to retrieve the stolen swollen wheel lug. Was advised the "Sunday" crew was not there and they were not aware of the wheel lug. They looked for the wheel nut and did not locate it. BEWARE of having service at this auto center. I must now purchase a replacement wheel lug at Nissan. read more

Their tires and cost of balance is very reasonable but as for people skills...bleh. only had one guy on the cars while Ian waited on people and singled me out to start some mess. He kept twisting everything I said and trying to make it appear I was the one not using clarity. I had to repeat over and over what I wanted and he repeated it back the Exact Opposite of what I said. I am sure he got pleasure out of this but I was frustrated and embarrassed. I was an English major so I know how to dictate exactly what I want...he was just being an ass. When my big son came in the door Ian quickly changed his tune and was kind as a Buddhist Monk, to everyone who came in. I will never return to this store; there are plenty other Walmarts with tire service. One star for the good prices. read more

Bought a new tire because they said they couldn't fix my tire. They replaced my tire with another one that ended up flat within two days. They tried charging me way more than necessary, but ended up taking off over 20 dollars after my boyfriend brought up the extra, unnecessary charges. When I returned, today, to have the tired fixed again, I waited for over two hours. People who came in before and after me were in and out and it took over two hours to change one tire for me. read more

I despise going to this place. They don't even deserve a star. Lady with the short hair might be the laziest, most miserable person I've ever met in my life. Went there to get my tire changed, I'm 20 but I guess she thought she could speak to me some type of way because when I asked her for help she said "oh we don't have that tire you can order it online though" so I just stood there like "okay? order it online then" and she just stood there dreading the fact that I was ready to make her do the most. So she goes "I don't do that for you" like okay then SHOW ME HOW TO DO IT. She was not even trying to help at this point. Even better I get there and with a nasty attitude she said "you didn't schedule an appointment" THEY DOMT ANSWER THE PHONE, 3 TIMES IN A ROW I CALLED AND GOT HUNG UP ON. I stood there with my phone and asked her to help me order it because it seemed as if she just didn't want to help me at all. I kept asking her questions like which tire am I supposed to get and where I even go to order the tires and she kept saying "I don't know" so I got fed up and raised my voice. I said "you're the worker here and you keep telling me you don't know to everything I'm asking you" and to top it all off she goes "you know how to use technology" no I didn't come here for you to tell me to do it myself, especially when I am asking for help and she's standing there useless telling me to figure it out myself. Walmart, PLEASE GET NEW WORKERS THAT ARENT OLD AND LAZY. I PROMISE YOUNGER PEOPLE GET THE JOB DONE AND FAST. THEYRE SO SLOW BECAUSE THEY DONT EVEN WANT TO HELP ANYONE. She was in the middle of helping me when she just walked away and never returned only for me to ask another employee who only helped me because she realized that the woman with short hair has a disgusting attitude and didn't want to help. 1 star is far more than they deserve. Bought 4 tires from Wal-Mart had them installed at the store. Next morning 1 tire was flat went back to the store 3 times before they told me my rim was cracked it was my problem not theirs. The rim was not cracked before I have proof and if it was that means they installed the new tire on a cracked rim. That is negligence the rim is supposed to be inspected while performing the service. Now I have to pay for their mistake and have to rent a car till the rim I'm paying for comes in. Can't wait to see them in court. read more

Abysmal customer service. They tried to charge me over $50 for a tire covered under their warranty. The tire had less than 25% tread wear and was purchased less than a year ago as the warranty requires for a no charge replacement. They couldn't get simple math right. I had to explain to them how they their own warranty worked after which they agreed there should be no cost to me. Once the woman at the counter realized I was right, she rudely walked away while I was still speaking to her to call her manager. They didn't even bother to apologize for their error. The cheaper price is not enough for me to ever go back. Done with Walmart. read more

They left their tools from an oil change on the hood of my car!!! I didn't realize it until I got home (heard odd noises from the tools moving around while I was driving, but it was dark outside). I've never even heard of that happening before. 2 stars for the quick service and low price, but come on...how can you be so irresponsible as to leave tools on the hood of someone's car? Not to mention that's a total safety hazard! read more
