Went to pick up car and I have to say Milo went above & beyond to call and share our diagnostic with the shop we had to take car to so they could fix it and we did not have to get another diagnostic charge. Also Chad had a big smile on his face and shared insight about the issue. Once problem identified we had to take to an another mechanic. We use NTB in Dallas but I have to say this location and these guys made the stress of auto repair more tolerable.
