Since my last review was deleted!…read more It saddens me to have to write this post because I've always had a great experience with this company when I lived in the Danville area. They were always polite and efficient, even with a high turnover rate. However, my experience this past weekend was unacceptable. I visited my family and needed an oil change, so naturally, I went to Jiffy as I always do. When I pulled up, the young lady noticed an expired Virginia inspection sticker from when I used to live there. She asked if I needed an inspection, and I told her no, explaining that I'm currently a Georgia resident and have been back in Georgia for about two years. She mentioned that their inspection guy could remove the sticker if I wanted, so I agreed. Once my oil change was done, the technician removed the sticker and asked if my DAL sticker should come off too. I told him no, I needed that one for work. While taking off the inspection sticker, he chipped the tint on my window. They made excuses and didn't take responsibility. I thought about it and then called the store to speak with a manager. He told me he would contact his district manager and get back to me by the end of the day. Of course, no one called back, so I had to follow up. He said his manager needed to talk to the sheriffs about the situation--why, I have no idea, but okay. The next day, I spoke with a manager named Randall, who was polite and genuinely wanted to help. He reached out to Luke Underwood, the district manager, and assured me it would be taken care of. Randall told me that once I got back to Georgia and found a place to repair the tint, they would pay over the phone. He even provided me with Luke's email for follow-up. I emailed Luke on Monday and received no response. By Wednesday, I'd already coordinated with my tint company in Georgia, which agreed to take payment over the phone. Still no reply from Luke, so I called Randall again. Moments later, Luke finally called me. Instead of addressing the issue, he launched into a rant about my tint being "illegal" and claimed they wouldn't pay for it. He dismissed everything and said, "It's denied." I explained that I live in Georgia, where my tint is legal. My current address and vehicle registration are in Georgia--Virginia laws don't apply to me. He argued about my address on their records and insinuated that it was my fault for returning to Virginia for an oil change. Then he said, "Nobody has authorization over me, so that was never told to you," implying that I'm lying about what Randall promised. To say the least, I'm furious. I went to quick tire on 7/9/2026 to get 4 used tires. They had some in stock not the same size I…read morewas running but all for the same size just smaller in height. Well it started to put the tires on my rims and the guy that was working there told me at least three times that they have went through four mechanics helpers in the past month as if I cared. I don't know which one done it I figured both but they end up rounding off too of my lug nuts this was going to be a repair that I would have to do to fix it so after they got the wheels back on he informed me that two of the lug nuts would have to be replaced. Okay I went home I ordered a set of lug nuts waiting for them to come through mail and today I was going to replace the ones that were rounded off. To my surprise two of the studs on my front wheels the threads are really messed up and the lug nut will not go on there. This is about a $250 damage done to my truck for a mechanic to fix those two studs. I would not recommend quick tire to nobody stay away from this place that will mess your wheels up.

The initial repair failed within a day of service. I stopped by the station and explained the situation. They apologized and asked me to bring the vehicle back. They took care of it at no additional cost to me. The service is courteous and friendly. I will use this business in the future for my vehicles. I recommend them if you need good service at a reasonable price.

Service department tells me they have people with the same issue waiting for over 6 months with no car to drive. They don't know when an engine will appear, don't know what to tell me, toss out a toll free number and suggest I call Ford directly rather than trying to work with the customer and Ford for resolution. What ever happened to service advocates? Ford has closed one ticket and never got back to me with a resolution. Did not respond to multiple email and voicemail messages. I've reopened the issue with hopes of getting some kind of resolution. Meanwhile, I will tell the story and hope I can inform and save someone else a little indigestion. Update: have made multiple contacts to Ford. Rebuilt engines exist online; however, they will not agree to service or pay for a fix with alternate parts.

I mean, who doesn't want to take out the engine from their Gator and put in a v-twin? Or build a one person, 8 foot long speed boat.? 100% of the time that I have come here with some type of crazy need, the guys behind the counter have taken the time to help me think of a solution. This is a small town, so of course. This is not a Walmart sized auto parts store. The store is bright, clean, well organized, and nothing is ever out of place. They always have everything in stock. That's a bold statement, but after coming here for years, I have never seen an empty space on a shelf where something was out of stock. But it is the passion for helping customers solve their problems that has made me loyal to this O'Reilly. A++
