It pains me to write this. Bill is a talented wall covering expert, however his lack of…read moreprofessionalism is a head-scratcher. He worked with us on a renovation in Camden, SC. We got down to the last section, an archway, and needed more wallpaper. He promised to finish the job when additional materials arrived, which they did in a couple weeks. That was over 3 months ago. Since then he has not returned phone calls, emails, text messages from me or our contractor. In early December he surprisingly picked up when I called, was borderline beligerent and denied ever receiving a message or text. But, nevertheless, he promised to complete the job after Christmas and before Jan 1. He never followed up despite a handful of texts and messages, and continues to be non-responsive. I guess he doesn't care about how he treats people.
